This specific type is called pomegrenate blossoms and comes from the South Khorasan region of Iran. Last piece I am letting go of at the moment. Decided to let someone else enjoy it. 🤍

A beautiful mix of plumes and moss in this one. Polish is a little bit dull and the "husk" has been grinded in the process of searching for plumes, affecting price.

Collectors, would you add this piece to your collection? What makes a gemstone stand out to you as a collector?

For my first post I wanted to start with something classic that I’m well known for in the community, Illinois Fluorite. A glassy saturated series of yellow cubes on top of black contrasted Sphalerite. The Fluorite has Bitumen inclusions which give it an epic speckled aesthetic.

5.5 x 4.5 x 3 cm. - $450

I’m figuring out how to use Reddit slowly, but I’m getting there.

This is a remarkably glassy and gemmy stack of octahedral Fluorite from the famous and now closed Riemvasmaak locality in South Africa. This is the top color saturation for the material, and there seems to be an inclusion, likely of the host rock or mineral that it propagated on.

4 x 2.5 x 2.5 cm. - $350

Very large De'An Mine Fluorite from Wushan, China! Green octahedral fluorite with purple edges! Looks beautiful backlit. The largest fluorite crystal is 5cm wide. Great in any collection (:

21 x 13 x 4 cm for $1000

This is a hand-selected assortment of Lahontan Jasper and Lahontan Wonderstone that I personally collected from the Dead Camel Mountains in Northern Nevada.

These are pieces of float that weathered out of the surrounding rock and were naturally tumbled and smoothed over time. Many have rounded surfaces that already give you a great look at the patterns, colors, and character of the material.

The lot includes a wide variety of material, with reds, creams, pinks, tans, yellows, banding, iron-rich patterns, fractures, and brecciated textures represented throughout the group. Some pieces have natural or broken faces, while others are remarkably smooth and rounded from natural weathering.

Gorgeous specimen up for grabs, looking for $425 or best offer.

Payments: Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp preferred. Can do eCheck or Crypto. Would trade for pieces that have natural gold or silver veins. Layaway: 15% down holds it for 30 days, no fees. Tons of references available, thanks for looking!

2 pieces of high-grade Lahontan Jasper collected from the Dead Camel Mountains near ancient Lake Lahontan in Northern Nevada. What's cool about this one (aside from the pattern) is that I found the rock already broken in half as you see it, the parts were relatively close together, and it's still pretty satisfying to put it back together. This rock has the gorgeous red veins over a nice white/cream background that Lahontan Jasper is known for, and should polish up and cut nicely. Photographed both wet and dry in sunlight.

This piece is discounted to $500 plus shipping.
