I’ve been feeling pretty nostalgic lately and would love to watch some of the old broadcasts that aired when I was a kid and even have the original commercials. I’m not sure if this even exists now due to all of the shows being on Paramount. Anyone know of anything out there?

I just bought a pair of Nicktoons pajama pants from Walmart.

It has Ren & Stimpy from Ren & Stimpy; Rocko, Heffer and Filburt from Rocko's Modern Life; Cat and Dog from Catdog; Arnold and Gerald from Hey, Arnold!; and Norbert and Daggett from The Angry Beavers. Basically, it has representations of most of the Nicktoons that my old ass was around to watch, besides Doug (which I know was bought by Disney) and Ahhh! Real Monsters (which I'm not sad about at all).

That's all fine, but why Reptar from Rugrats and no other characters? Is there a legal thing I don't know about?

One of my crown jewel possessions is my Nickelodeon Alarm clock. I’ve had it since I was a kid and it’s survived multiple hurricanes and floods, long eternal slumber in a bin in a dark corner of a shed. 30 years it’s been following me around.

Sadly the silly sound effects no longer work, the green light tube doesn’t turn on and the volume is stuck in a set position. But I love it and it will stay with me forever! Anybody else remember having one?

Randomly saw some old memes of them and immediately remembered watching it as a kid on the floor in front of the old crt. Man, that show ruled.

Nickelodeon really used to sneak some disturbing stuff into kids’ shows back in the day. 😂
I’m talking about episodes that had you sitting there wondering if you were even supposed to be watching this!
Rugrats, Hey Arnold!, Rocko’s Modern Life, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, even SpongeBob had some questionable moments. 💀
What episode do you STILL remember because of how creepy or unsettling it was?
