Those blingers are obviously sensor scanners. We can clearly see her boobs rotating and scanning in all directions like a chameleon's eyes.

No, they're warning lights so you don't run into protruding objects. It's like things sticking off the back of a truck, space law says if your boobies stick out thiiiiis far and are dangerously pointy and hard metal, slap a warning light on them so no one accidentally backs up and punctures their space suit on you.
