Haven’t used it since the acquisition anyways…my company is praising Claude code like it will save us all lol so better be good and follow what they say

Opus is my go-to, but I've been pleased with Gemini Argon the past couple of days. I would say it's on par with Opus, not better. Grok has been a piece of shit for me.

I transferred over to the GhatGPT/Codex app and have been quite happy with it. GPT 6.1 Sol is solid, and it's way better bang for the buck than Claude.

Genuinely curious, I left cursor after the sale to xai. Meme aside am I missing out? It was my favorite IDE for a minute there.
Edit: forgot to say I've been using Zed which I like but it doesn't feel as complete even with my customizations.

i guess it depends--what are you using instead and how do you feel about it? i think cursor is working well for my needs (though i do feel a bit like i'm holding my nose after the acquisition), but i have no idea if Codex or claude or anything else is meaningfully better or worse along quality or speed or cost or usability axes.

Valid, I use zed and a bit of claude code but I really liked the way cursor does like the tabbed chats, the code review, like all of it feels like it has a place and a process.
