⚽ MISSING A SHAFT | PRO CLUBS RECRUITMENT

🗣️ WE WANT FOOTBALLERS, NOT FIFA PLAYERS.

Missing A Shaft are looking for players who actually understand the game.

We're talking confidence on the ball, quick decision-making, intelligent movement and playing for the team. We want players who can pass, create space, read the game and make things happen without trying to be the hero every possession.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

⚽ Confidence on the ball

🎯 Quick, intelligent passing

🧠 Football IQ & awareness

🏃 Movement off the ball

🤝 Teamwork over individual stats

🔥 Players who know what they're doing

NOT FOR YOU IF:

❌ You refuse to pass

❌ You constantly run into defenders

❌ You play for your own stats

❌ You think Pro Clubs means spamming skill moves and sprinting into dead ends

We don't expect perfection, but we do expect football intelligence, confidence and the ability to play as a team.

We want to build attacks, create chances, control games and play proper football — not watch 11 people trying to be the main character.

If you can play football rather than just play FIFA, Missing A Shaft wants you. 🫡

📩 Interested? Get in touch and let's see what you've got.
