Question❓ Do you do flex or power play?

I always do flex but I’m new to this. I rather take the chance of winning 4 or 5 out of 6 than not go 6 for 6 and not win anything. I’m new to this and my bf has been helping me he always does power play cause he says he doesn’t care if he loses so he always takes the risk and does power but last night we both put in same ticket I did flex and he did power obviously he won more money than me but which is smarter?
