My sweet boxer Bear is positive for Lyme disease and kidney function is awful needs immediate help :(

Bear came to me 5 years ago from God. He is pure bred and had papers and I always wanted a boxer. Long story short a kind family gifted him to us my son's and myself one Xmas. I can't express the gratitude to God i have for him. Bear is my only friend 🧡 since being sick going through chemo hes been my emotional go to as I am for him.

Hes my best friend. I can't even breathe when I say he could die. I am off due to going through chemo treatment, single mom of 2 boys. I sold something to pay to the see vet to get diagnosis got the test and a kidney function... it is being affected badly. If I dont get him treatment asap hes going to die. I can't loose him . Not now:( I got 2 days of meds already had one day he needs 30 days worth 2 days was 49.30:( farleyfoundatuon his vet said reached the quota and wouldn't even be quick?? Im freaking out. Hes falling alot from the Lyme disease :( confused hiding and not himself and vomiting. Vet won't bill me I called others and no. Like he'll die i wanted to shake them. He's fixed hes microchipped, so is.his baby his had 11 ,1o ths ago we kept one. i take care of them. I got sick I can't afford it I'm not a bad owner. I feel as i am tho:( vet said he has good chance if he's helped ASAP. I cried in that office. Hard. I felt humiliated vet asked many times you really have no money nothing? I gave him what I had 568.08 which was the 2 test ( 4x snap test and kidney function one) and 2 days of meds he needss 30 days! and visit cost:( he needs these other meds im watching him sick I know how to help and I can't. I feel im failing. I need Gid grave and strength. I don't know if I can take anymore

Why do I suffer all the time despite never doing anything wrong to others?

And other people who do others wrong have such a great life, they live happily and get more and more successful in life. I'm just so done with everything. I'm so done with God. I'm so done with life. I did everything I could but none of it was ever enough.
