Well she certainly didn’t get sent overseas to be the ambassador to Greece because of her exceptional qualifications.

Well Greece was a payoff - connections, bribes, the high life and a good salary. The problem is she got caught doing what they knew she’d do. It’s what they all do. They don’t have a problem with what she did so much as they have a problem that she was caught, and that just before the midterms.

Asking someone to pay her credit card bill isn’t the same as not being able to afford to do it. Grifters are going to grift. Trump could have easily have afforded to maintain Trump Force One and yet he still asked for donations from his supporters to do so, which they did. Wanting someone else to cover the bill doesn’t mean one is broke.

She’s hardly struggling given Jr. just paid her out market value for her share of their house. Based on the agreement no adjustment was made to account for the fact that he’d be left with the entire mortgage. She got the better financial deal, not taking into account any future market appreciation of its value. Though it must hurt to see him move in the woman that he cheated on her with (who got a title she had wanted). Though it was probably a smart bet marrying the daughter of Epstein’s banker. You have to keep the secrets in the family.
