Depends on the overall goal the team has I guess. If Bernie tried for lowering drug prices for people and that failed miserably, gotta wonder what the heck the rest of the team is shooting for.
Change is really hard, it's not overnight. It's slow and calculating. You have a limited time to act and you need ensure your program works. Will it cut cost? Who knows? But you have to convice everyone that this takes priority. Not Iran, or government shutdown or immigration .
