What am I doing wrong what am I doing right, just casual player so just curious

Well, you're allied with 4 of 5 enemy tribes. I'd say that's a bit too much and would hamper your growth.

I wouldn't say that, people just become too comfortable around you when you are allied. Take advantage of that and break peace with someone when you've developed enough pieces. Normally the person who breaks the peace has the advantage.

Yeah I was going to go for Vikings but chose to go for blue first, would yk what those red bug pods thing are in my land? Kinda trying to surround them before I attack red too

Yeah I would say I was a weaker civ. At the beginning but I really needed allies cuz I was struggling,
