Welcome to the Questions Megathread!

If you have a question about Pokémon, ask it here! If you're a Pokémon Master, sharing your expertise by answering questions is greatly appreciated.

Guidelines:

• This thread is for Pokémon questions only. For matchmaking, trading, or any other Pokémon discussion, please head to the appropriate Megathreads (Reddit) and Chats (Discord) for other in-game content.
• When answering questions, please avoid misinformation or troll answers, and remember to be respectful to your fellow Pokémon trainers.
• Before asking a question, take a moment to search for the answer on your own. This thread is not a Google replacement for basic Pokémon information, so please don't abuse it.

Failure to follow the above rules, or any of our other subreddit rules, may result in the deletion of your comment and a ban, so please read them carefully.

Don't forget!

Welcome to the Trading Megathread!

A place for requesting trades and touch trades in Pokémon Scarlet/Violet and Pokémon HOME.

Rules

1. Trades only, there are Megathreads (Reddit) and Chats (Discord) for other in-game content.
2. Legitimate Pokémon and items only; no clones/dupes, no wonder/surprise or GTS trades, and no trades involving hacked or website/streamer-named Pokémon, among others (see rule 6).
3. No scams. If you do get scammed, send mod mail and we can try to help.
4. No walls of text; the limit is 280 characters in a comment.
5. A single screenshot is allowed per trade offer/comment if it doesn't fit within the character limit. One box is the most common option, but it is permitted to combine multiple boxes into a single image.
6. No links or referring to other posts (such as on your profile).

Any rule-breaking will result in a subreddit ban.

Tips

1. Use the FT (for trade) and LF (looking for) abbreviations when posting a request.
2. You can request a touch trade, which means you trade a Pokémon and get it back. Common for trade evolutions and Pokédex completion.
3. To try and prevent scams, we encourage trades to stay in this thread rather than go to DMs, especially since the IGN flair can help you identify each other.

Don't forget!

*except Venusaur (don't ask), and Blastoise wasn't tested

**Pikachu and Eevee don't count

Ignore me fumbling the controls in the latter half of the video

Now with Quaquaval, nearly every 7* raid has now been defeated by a single Mareep! The last raid of the starters has been a nice easy raid (been very helpful with it's typing) and has been a bit of a rest before the Pseudos (hopefully not the calm before the storm).

Thank you to everybody who has helped in any way with this part of this series (whether that be testing, helping to make/refine a strat, just generally supporting it, adding it to TRB + having it as a resource [you know who you are], etc)! Thanks especially to:

• u/Hydracinth_

• u/Tacitus2389b4h5ii405

• Sabu Karma

You three have been incredibly helpful and nearly always there to help (whether that be with testing or help to make them). This series would most definitely not be the same or wouldn't have even started/carried on without even one of you guys.

No I'm not stopping it here, we carry on to the Pseudos!

Husbands childhood Arceus Vortex nukes the 7star Farigiraf.

Spam calm mind(worked with 3-4), recover when you need to. After it removes negative effects a few times acid spray. Thats simply put, my husband will be adding direct details. It will 100% very early remove effects from itself and a bit after will remove yours. Steel arceus, plate and tera will 2 shot after only 3-4 calm minds. If done this way, i didnt even cheer aside from a quick heal. Farigiraf will Spam thunderbolt, and even with a few paralysis vortex tanked and was able to heal and land the 3 acid sprays. Farigirafs full shield will be destroyed with 2 to 3 judgements based on how many calm minds are used. The second or third judgeemt will leave farigiraf round 30% and the tera judgement will 1 shot the farigiraf. At the very end it will hit dazzling gleam, trick room and another thunderbolt or shadowball, but with this build thats a light snack. Don't focus on the clock even if it's at the end the raid will be over with 1 tera judgment after the shield is broken.

The answer to every raid now asks the question: who can stand up to the fury of Rage Fist? The Eeveelutions decide enough is enough, and seek to sedate the rageaholic ape!
