BigD admin geigermaster or something (I can't recall he banned me on the discord, website and game server)

What happened in game: I take a light anti tank kit + Bike as insurgent, I ride for a while to a really good point in the map and aim down at an enemy LAV, after I shoot my first shot to get a good idea of where the range I go down to reload only to find my own teammate stealing my bike, talking shit to me for telling him to stop then driving away towards incoming LAV and dying.
This is obviously a shitty experience for anyone so as I get mad I call him the r word in Team chat.
Get kicked (this is fair)

I open a ticket on the discord server asking if there is a rule on vehicle stealing
[Bd] Mod tells me pretty much to sum it up "uh buddy its in the rules" now he words in in a way where its like "uhh dumbass its obvious".
I get mad (as anyone would, unless u have the tolerance of a saint) then they say "you got kicked for saying the r word" (which again I'm fine with), but when I try to explain to them about what the bike stealer said to me (he said the F word, and C word) they do nothing.

So I be a smartass back to them "Oh so its fine if someone swears in VC but I'm the one getting punished for swearing on Team chat" I've literally heard people playing boondocks audio and tons of racist remarks (lots of C words towards china when we end up playing china) during preparation phase. Im okay with getting a short ban but when I queue in, I find out I'm perma banned.

I then open a ticket refusing geigermaster (the person who banned) from being in it because I was a smartass to him so obviously he's not going to like me but he ends up being the FIRST person to talk, sends a gif to mock me (some f around and find out gif) and then CLOSES THE TICKET I OPENED.

Then when I try to open a third ticket he Bans me from the discord server.

So I go to appeal on the Big.com Website and write something along the lines of:
"I said a Slur, Im sorry, (explain what had happened), im sorry for directing my anger at you guys, looking back i should have done it through the proper channels, I understand language that I used isn't tolerable, won't ever do it again..."

THEN THE SAME MF is on the website ticket and writes:

"you should have done it professionally through the proper channels, and you were being rude to the admins, I won't be lifting your ban, actions have consequences" [Closed ticket]

I then write another ticket on the website (because he closed the first one)

"firstly I specified I DO NOT want (geigermaster) to be the one who sees this ticket. Then I write that its unfair to lock a person out of a 50 dollar game, that I want another person that ISNT geigermaster to respond to my issue, and then mention how its ironic that to mention professionalism when he's sending annoying GIFs and CLOSING my tickets in the Discord server and that a Perma ban is just insane."

He then BANS me from the website.

The squad community in australia is so dead, its only BigD servers that have players, Im locked out of a 50 dollar game over a third party mod.

I love the Squad community, the players are what makes this game so fun. This games issues aside, the community is what makes it great.

i live in UAE and i have fiber internet but in squad all the servers are +100ms, i have tried ethernet cable, exitlag and change the network, nothing work, any solution?

With the new update I encountered a weird bug. When trying to throw grenades out of an existing hesco bunker (not built by players) the grenades would not go through the wide open sides of the bunker and bounced back inside and killed me. I brought this up in a thread discussing the hotfixes, and for the life of me I cannot remember what layer this was, only the layout of the bunkers. If anyone knows where this is, please let me know as a dev asked for specifics on the other thread. We were playing against insurgents, and I am 90% sure it was a desert layer. Arrows are bunker openings, black boxes are hescos.
