Job Advice Hi, need freelance advise!

Sa mga nagsimula mag-freelance na web dev habang student pa lang:

  1. Did you start with simple static sites/portfolios, WordPress, or full-stack CRUD systems?

  2. Saan kayo unang nakakuha ng client na hindi sobrang barat (local referrals, FB groups, or cold outreach)?

Curious lang kung ano yung pinaka-realistic na starting point ngayong 2026. Salamat sa sasagot!

advice Question about similarities between frontend animation components

I came across the BrewedOps Motion Library and noticed some components that look similar to components in other public libraries.

Some examples I found:

21stdev: Scramble Text, Image Trail, Cube Wave

ReactBits: Crosshair

Cinematic Site Components: Image Trail, Text Scramble Decode, SVG Draw, Dynamic Island Nav, Sticky Card, Character Decode, Typewriter, Kinetic Marquee, Cursor Reveal

BrewedOps: Scramble Decode, Image Trail, Sticky Card Stack, Dynamic Island Nav, Typewriter, Kinetic Marquee, Before and After, SVG Line Draw, Crosshair Guide, Cube Wave

The BrewedOps library offers Copy Code and Copy Prompt options, but I couldn't find visible attribution identifying the original sources of its components.

In a Facebook post, the developer described the collection as:

“Collection po ito ng halos lahat ng nagamit ko before. Motion animation, Three.js, GSAP, Lenis, etc.”

The Cinematic Site Components repository uses the MIT License. I'm mentioning this as a licensing example, not claiming that it is the source of any BrewedOps components.

Has anyone compared the actual implementations of these components? I'm interested in whether there are technical similarities beyond their names and visual effects, and what attribution is required when code covered by an MIT license is reused.

I haven't established that any code was copied. I'm looking for technical feedback on implementation similarities and licensing.
