Before Cardinal put Pinegrove on the map, there was Everything So Far, a collection of recordings spanning the band’s early years from 2010 to 2015.

The new 11th anniversary edition brings the original double album back on vinyl, with a third LP featuring 8 previously unreleased recordings from that same era. It also comes with new artwork and a 16-page booklet.

For anyone interested, the 3xLP standard edition is available to pre-order here: https://www.diggersfactory.com/fr/vinyl/338039/pinegrove-everything-so-far-11th-anniversary-standard-edition-3xlp?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=Pinegrove-3PLs-everything-so-far-R&ori=RDO-Pinegrove-3PLs-everything-so-far-R

Cheers!

I decided to make an attempt at making a tab for Looser in light of the new tracks coming out on the ESF 11 re-press. I based it off of the live recording on YouTube which just so happens to be the same performance off of Elsewhere 3.
I’m grateful I was able to attend this show in Toronto for the song’s debut and I’ve been enamoured by it ever since I’ve heard it live.

On the bright side, starbucks just put Angelina on the playlist so once a day I’m happy at my job

- What do you think is the most underrated pinegrove song?

- What’s a song you’d show someone who doesn’t know pinegrove and would like to know pinegrove’s type of music?

- What’s your favorite album and why?

this is my first ever reddit post. and not going to lie i’ve had a few beers. but i’m watching videos on youtube as one does…and truly nothing can replace them and it feels like a void. that’s all really. i know we all feel it.

my favorite songs:
the alarmist
waveform
on jet lag
size of the moon

feel free to share yours :)

Something about the shift in the lyrics, “I KNOW you, you KNOW our bodies move in unison” to “I KNEW you, I THOUGHT our bodies moved in unison” is too beautifully written

Came up today on memories and I got so emotional. I’d just moved out for uni a few weeks before and this was the first of many banquet shows I attended whilst there. Can’t believe it’s 10 years since 2016. This band means so much to me ahh

anybody else kinda surprised there hasn't been any press or marketing push for the new ESF11? I only know about it because of this subreddit. I'd expect an email from Evan or something to come along with it. maybe it was a soft launch this week and we'll hear something next week? one can hope. I always like Evan's updates cause it gives us a little glimpse into the PG world. maybe he'll drop some interesting tid bits when sharing the release (pipe dream: maybe he hasnt shared yet because other tidbits are still being finalized...)

memories of my small liberal arts college in the Hudson Valley in the late 2010s.

Beautiful, lonely, cold, cozy; afternoons driving to Kingston and nights at the bar in Tivoli. Pining after someone but being too young and dumb to know what to do about it.

What's the main overriding memory they evoke for you?

Hahah i always wanted a pinegrove shirt so I figured i just paint it myself 🐦

Pinegrove already hits so hard, but late night Pinegrove hits in a way that is so fulfilling yet leaves me parched and desperate for more. Is there anything else that scratches this proggy Americana introspective yearning itch?

I would love to hear anyone’s suggestions for anything in the same realm.

????

May not be a new album but it has a bonus disc with 8 unreleased songs!

Album was released on this day (Sept-28) in 2018

Just a quick shout out for a Canadian band called Hey Rosetta! They were active back in the late 2000s and 2010s and just announced a reunion tour, got me thinking about them and listening again. Sonically not a super close match to Pg necessarily, but they feel spiritually related; earnest, lyrical, hopeful. And they do a lot of proggy, extended songs on this album that reminds me structurally of ESF in some ways. Anyways, I know my fellow Pg fans always like a good recco: https://open.spotify.com/album/7dqmiC4idZNBbkwGgv8G5o?si=WNYga3AvQa64K0bQ6vaMOQ&utm_source=copy-link

is this an ode to a worship song??

Pinegrove the band may have spat at me from the stage in Boston, MA in 2017, but I sure do love their music! If you do too, here’s a song you’ll like!

Went on to songsterr for tab and to my dismay its just ai generated slop, if i was to do the guitar tab who would be interested in sorting the drums piano lyrics and vocals ectcetera? if someone is interested just comment and ill make the current WIP tab publicly available for revision

I've listened to it a few times and totally get Pinegrove vibes. Unfortunately no vocal contribution though

Got this today on my lower thigh, went with black/grey/white rather than color. Been wanting it for a long time, I think my tattoo artist did an amazing job!!
