16m ive started stretching recently and my foreskin ring whatever it’s called has become reddish and slightly tender in a sense. I’ve tried doing stretching but every time after my foreskin ring began to do what it’s doing now and it really got me off it the other times. But now I’m curious if it’s normal cus when I last made a post on here, someone commented that stretching encourages my skin to do mitosis or something like that, but I don’t know, is it normal, and has anyone else done something similar? Where exactly do you get rings? Do ear tunnels/gauges work? I see people recommending phimocure but I tried ordering from them before waited 3 months before canceling. I’m also US based.

35m. Phimosis my entire life but never really cared until recently. Just starting stretching, can retract at all when hard, can really go further when flaccid either. Worried that my frenulum isn't just short but...malformed? Basically it tugs wildly to the left. Is this just because the ring is too tight so it's out of position?

1 hour each day and apply moisturizer cream (NO steroids). It's really confortable to use compared to others I tried to use in the past.

I'm not sure what stage of phimosis I'm in. This last month improvements are there but they are small. Take in consideration that my base phimosis is mild.

I just went up a size a week ago and need to go way for 4-5 day will it be fine and not go back down a size if I take a brake

I currently have type 2 phimosis (when retracting while I’m flaccid I.e). I can pretty easily place 2 cotton swabs in two sides of the glans and stretch it but cannot place a cotton swab in the area of the glans where the frenulum is attached. Is this normal? Am I supposed to stretch this part of the foreskin? Would love some advice on the cotton swab stretching

I have never been able to touch my glans and cannot have sex. It is extremely painful. My penis is not useable and never has been which caused extreme depression and hopelessness. I was also scared to tell anyone and lived with this my entire life. This year I decided to try to fix it. I used to have tight foreskin and fixed it with stretching. I understand hypersensitivity is normal and can be fixed over time with contact, but it’s more complicated for me. I have an infection.

My glans and foreskin have red and shiny patches, and the tip of my urethra is also red. I went to my gp for the first time a year ago and he prescribed me Canesten which is for fungal infection. It didn’t work. I came back and said it could be bacterial, and he gave me Fucidin with no swab test. I was surprised that he would guess like that but i used it and it didn’t help. It made it more red actually.

I came back and asked for a swab test so he could figure out what this is specifically and prescribe me the right antibiotic. He did and called me yesterday and told me there was bacteria present, and when I asked him if he now knows what this is, he sounded very unsure and told me this will be difficult to treat. He said he doesn’t know how this is affecting me, and seemed like he didn’t even know what the bacteria is? I think he also said something about multiple bacteria, I don’t know.

He seemed to reluctantly prescribe me something, and just prescribed me Ciloxan ointment that specifically states on the box and online that it is for eyes only. I also can’t see anywhere online that this has ever been used on a penis. I HAVE heard of the same medication being used for skin infections in a tablet form. But I don’t know if I should ask for that. He seems to have no idea what he’s doing, and I have a feeling he’ll just agree to prescribe me that even if it’s wrong.

I spent 40 euro on this, and a lot more over this last year. I’m very frustrated with my GP and asked for a referral to a urologist and he said that it will take a long time.

I might have zoons balanitis, I might have bxo. I don’t know and I’m very scared.

I don’t know what that swab test showed, but he did not tell me the results specifically. From his voice it sounded like he’s never seen this before

So I'm trying to really start constantly stretching everyday,

So I basically pinch the sides of my foreskin and stretch outwards and up wards for 5 mins twice a day morning and night and if I have a bath aswell I slide the foreskin downwards towards the base(not that it goes very far) but is this correct

Few things to add, I can't put my fingers in the opening to stretch. And I don't own rings.

So, I have overcome my phimosis (Grade 2) through stretching.😮‍💨

However, the hypersensitivity of my glans is still there, although it has reduced compared to before, when I couldn't retract my foreskin while erect.

Actually, the sensitivity is lower when my penis is flaccid than when it is erect. So, how can I overcome this sensitivity? I'd appreciate any suggestions, guys.

I am able to fully retracts my foreskin with soft, but I can’t when hard. Someone told me to fully retract it when soft, then get hard, is that safe? I know my foreskin won’t be able to go over my head. Should I just get hard and then fully pull my foreskin back? I am terrified of it getting stuck

My foreskin literally doesnt pull back at all, so direct friction from hands would be well uncomfortable and drags. Its kinda giving me massive performance anxiety.

I'm planning to take an ultra thin condom to wear over it so his hands glide smoothly and putting a drop of lube at the tip possibly. No idea if its a good idea or not

I previously had mild phimosis, but my foreskin now retracts completely

However, whenever I try to masturbate by directly rubbing the glans (head of my penis) with my hand, it feels extremely sensitive and ticklish

. There isn't any actual pain, just a intense sensation.

I can masturbate comfortably when I move my foreskin back and forth, but direct contact with the exposed glans feels unbearable. I've also noticed that using foam wash as a lubricant reduces the sensation slightly, but it doesn't eliminate it completely.

Has anyone experienced something similar after phimosis improved?

Does this look normal? I have 2 small red spots that feel itchy/feel like a minor cut in the same 2 spots every few months.

I’m uncircumcised and have phimosis, however i’m in the process of fixing it by stretching. Meanwhile I also noticed how sensitive my tip is and have no idea how to desensitise it without it feeling extremely uncomfortable.

I have been on this sub for a long time. I am 19 years old and I am able to retract when my penis is flaccid but one its erect, I can retract it till half of the glans not full. So I believe it is curable without any prescription based creams. After being here I learned that I will be able to cure it but I need your help because I dont know how to do the stretching exercises, how it look like. How many times a day? For how long in a day? Is there anything that I can apply which can help me? I want to cure it asap because its so hard, as I had lots of intimate moments but I was not able to do it.
