Hey everyone! I made a second perk for Dean, let me know what you guys think! I know its mostly about castiel, but I figured since he wont be his own survivor, why not have a perk dedicated to him?
Alright, so to finish of the "evil corrrupted" trio of pones, here we have Nightmare Rarity from the MLP comics. She was little bit tricky to not make basically Nightmare Moon copy but in the end she really just makes nightmare and dream illusions while comanding the Nightmare Forces and isnt really a "fighter" herself.
Killer: The Vanity
Real Name: Rarity/ Nightmare Rarity
Weapon: Dark Crystalline Rapier
Movement Speed: 4.6 m/s
Terror Radius: 32 meters
Height: Tall
Nightmare Rarity in comics
Power: Dreams & Nightmares
The boundary between dreams and nightmares has vanished. Under her influence, reality becomes nothing more than another illusion, and those who lose themselves within it may never know when they have truly awakened.
SPECIAL ABILITY: Nightmare Force
Hold the Power Button to charge Nightmare Force, once charged press the Attack Button to command one of your **Nightmare Forces** to release smoky wall of waves from both side. After short delay both waves crash in middle causing any Survivor caught within to become 8% Hindered for 5 seconds and inflicting them with Nightmare Corruption. Nightmare Corruption also inflicts Oblivious Status Effect.
When cast Rarity can freely move bcs she just summons minion to do the work for her but he and the attack doesnt move with her, it stays at the place she cast it
Charge movements speed: 3.86 m/s
Charge time: 0.45 second
Basic attack cooldown: 1.5 seconds
Delay of wave crash: 0.35 second
Cooldown: 6.6 seconds
SPECIAL ABILITY: Dream
Hold the Ability Button then press the Power Button while looking at a Survivor suffering from Nightmare Corruption that is within 24 meters to send them into a Dream for 30 seconds.
Survivor sent to a Dream does not get any indication that this has happened to them and they can do almost any actions except unhooking other Survivors. They also can not see The Vanity and she can not see them for the duration but they can see other Survivors. Any action they preform within a Dream can not be fully finished and other Survivors do not see the progress of it.
Once the Dream duration ends any lasting progress they made will be reverted back to what it was before they were sent to Dream for them.
Survivor inside a Dream can find a Fire Ruby Gemstone that spawns near them on the map after 7 seconds. If they find it and pick it up they will get out of Dream immediately.
Once a Survivor returns from the Dream in any way, the Nightmare Corruption is removed from them.
Only 1 survivor can be in a Dream
Any action will get stuck at 95%
Fire ruby gemstone spawn: withing 32 meters of Survivor
Fire ruby gem aura reveal at 12 meters
If gate are open they cant escape
If they lose a health state Dream also ends (Plot Twist, Deep wounds, etc)
Any dopped pallets are not actually dropped and are also reverted
Open chests are empty and get reverted as well
SPECIAL ABILITY: Nightmare
Hold the Ability Button then press the Attack Button while looking at a Survivor suffering from Nightmare Corruption that is within 16 meters to send them into a Nightmare for 30 seconds.
Upon activation you and the Survivor are transported into a Nightmare Realm which is darker and twisted version of the map with vault locations and real but also fake pallets without any generators and totems. Fake pallets disappear when Survivor comes close to them.
While inside Nightmare Realm The Vanity's Nightmare Force ability now causes damage to the Survivor that is inside the Nightmare Realm instead of the Hinder effect.
After 8 seconds of Nightmare, smokey sphere will appear on the location where the Survivor was when Nightmare was cast. Other Survivors have the sphere highlighted to them by yellow aura and can interact with it. If they do, the Survivor inside Nightmare Realm will be brough back followed shortly after with The Vanity. If The Vanity succesfully downs a Survivor inside the Nightmare Realm, the Survivor will be immidetly transported on the nearest hook near the sphere and The Vanity is transported back to the Trial.
Once a Survivor returns from the Nightmare in any way, the Nightmare Corruption is removed from them.
Transport time: 1 second
When transported the distance between you and the Survivor is the same as was before the cast.
Fake pallets disappear just like Doctor's fake pallets
Smoke sphere interaction time: 1.5 seconds
The Vanity return delay: 0.7 second
The Vanity returns once again to the same position she was when Nightmare was cast
Backstory: follows like normal until after documentary, then after getting a taste of recognition wants to keep it, so keeps making stories that slowly get more and more outlandish as she starts to add more visceral details she makes up for shock value (while lowering the actual truth). Eventually is confronted but is too stubborn to back down, so she makes them come true herself (through violent killings to match her stories), eventually landing on entitys realm in this pursuit.
Yes I'm aware Red Herring is really really bad but I thought the effect was funny and also the original sucks anyway so its on theme.

Perks
- Luminous
When not holding an item in main slot, use the active button to set your palm ablaze in a blue light. Functions like a flashlight but cannot blind the Killer.
Can bless/cleanse totems and repair regressing generators from 8/12/16m away. Survivors within 24m see this survivor's aura. Causes exhaustion for 40/30/20 seconds.
- Unclaimed Soul
This perk activates upon receiving first hook stage. You see the aura of the survivor furthest from the Killer every 100/80/60 seconds.
When escaping chase and out of the Killer's Terror Radius, lose broken and exhaustion.
- Devilish Trickery
After repairing a generator for 40% this perk activates. On a generator that is not being repaired, press the active ability button to hide the generator's aura from the Killer for 40/60/80 seconds.
All survivors see the aura of this generator. The generator appears complete to the Killer but it does not count towards the total number of repaired generators, and they can still damage it. This perk deactivates when the Killer damages the generator, the generator regresses fully by any means or when the duration ends.
Bonus Trouble Follows
After uninterruptedly repairing generators for a total of 12/10/8 seconds, press the Active Ability button to activate Trouble Follows:
-Your aura is hidden from the Killer while repairing.
-You repair 30% slower, and every 12/10/8 seconds the Killer's aura is revealed to all survivors repairing a generator.
-Generator repair noise is 25/20/15% louder when using this perk.
I keep seeing people saying that it’s amazing, often using the justification that at 99% it’s basically ruin. Problem being, how often are you randomly finding 99’d gens to just kick? Sure lay waste is better than base regression but the amount of value it actually gets feels very disproportionate as people are just spreadsheeting the value instead of actually using it in practice
Might make a power eventually. I tried to keep all the perks in vaguely their correct power. Though by nature Head On and Solidarity required major reworks. (I'm tempted to move Poised to a shorter timed effect on kick instead of on gen completion, but was worried about things like Trail of Torment having their spot taken to some degree).
This is the overall idea of the perk but I wanted to see if anyone sees any problems the perk would have or changes it would need.
"After completing 50% of a generator and then going into a locker you will gain the Taser if you’re not holding anything. When aiming the Taser you will be put in first person with the range of the taser being 7 meters. When successfully shooting the killer or another survivor they will be slowed down for 20% for 4 seconds"
