my pc underperforms

my specs is gtx 1650,i511400,16gb single channel(is single channel cause 50% fps drop?). i only getting 55-60fps in 1080p low settings for gta 5 enhanced even though i have gtx 1650.v sync and fps limiter turned off .temperature is around 66 to 67 degree max. but in other yt channel,they are getting above 100fps. HDMI plugged in gpu.i already reinstalled driver for gpu but nothing changed. someone please help me?

Your assumption is correct but the 1650 is still pretty weak for the enhanced version of GTA V, the minimum requirements are just for a playable experience, 55-60 at 1080p low is more than playable. They recommend a 3060 for a higher quality and higher performance experience at 1080p.

A 1650 is weak. Maybe dont play enhanced gta 5.
