Utilities pf2e.fyi: Pathfinder 2e search and graph visualization
Hey folks! I was not enjoying the existing tools for accessing rules entries, and I'm a data scientist/software dev by trade, so I wanted to build something that I liked using. I built pf2e.fyi to serve as a search engine, and I was heavily inspired by networked notes tools like Obsidian and Roam. The 2e sources connect like a graph, and so they show references (backlinks), and there's also a fun graph visualization that you can use to navigate around.
This is all under the Community Use Policy, so it's entirely free.
I hope the community finds this useful. Would love your feedback!

Archetype Nantambu Chime Ringer glow-up, streamlined
Chime Ringer was an awesome concept and thematic to the Strength of Thousands campaign. But the mechanics of the archetype is rather underwhelming. So I designed an upgrade to it for my bard player. We are doing free archetype of course.
I previously modified the chime ringer to be more satisfying and posted it here, but felt that it was just too many buttons for my player on top of the branch benefits and other homebrew stuffs, so i rolled up the warcaller chimes into archetype feats instead. What do you think?

Class [Playtest] The Hunter - v1.2
Hello, Erick here, this is the playtest for the Hunter, this class is made to work well with our custom setting that uses the Pathfinder 2e core rules engine as its heart, similarly to what they did with Starfinder, but in this case we want to make it its own world, with its own classes.
The classes we will release will be mostly "reskinned" and rebalanced classes to work with this setting, which includes three new skills: Wrestling, Machinery and Logic.
This is a horror setting inspired in Bloodborne and Lies of P, set in a megacity that sits in a cursed island, otherworldly beings arrive periodically to the island and feast upon the citizen's suffering, that is when the New Hunters arrive to help.
We are releasing this content for Free on our Patreon, follow us if you want to see how the setting progresses!

Spells Magic Bolt v2. An updated 1-action attack cantrip.
2 weeks ago I made a homebrew cantrip called 'Magic Bolt' for a Psychic player, and while that has been working out ok, I thought I would put to test some of the changes the community had in mind, specifically regarding Force damage and the cool idea to put Weapon Property Runes on the Magic Bolt.
Thanks all!
**Edit: the second heighten and third heighten should be at a one higher spell rank instead, to match striking runes! So Magic Bolt heightens at spell rank 3, 6, and then finally at 10th!

Class Biohacker Operative Specialization
Looking at some of the new archetypes within Tech Core made me want to try making a biohacker in flavour, and felt that the Operative could get close but needed a specialization that got trained in Medicine, so made a biohacker specialization. It's supposed to sacrifice damage for buffs/debuffs, since one of the fun parts of that class in 1e is the flavour of shooting at your friends and the operative does the shooting the best.
That said, I would like to hear opinions on it, it's a bit long, but I don't mind that, the Striker also ends up being relatively long, after all.

Other Monster of the Week - a FREE No-Prep FVTT PF2e Oneshot for Level 1 (4-6 players)!
Hi, I am Snowy from Snowy's Maps!
Today I wanted to share one of my oneshots - Monster of the Week - a level 1 for 4-6 players!
Here is the premise:
Monster Of The Week is a long-running educational show aimed towards young adventurers, teaching them the way of the craft, and showcasing how to deal with common problems they might encounter.
It's a weekly format, where each week, a group of low-rank adventurers is invited to navigate a small virtual dungeon, and fight the boss at the end. The entire thing is very obviously telegraphed, and the monster at the end is known to the audience, so they can see how adventurers figure it out as they go along.
Unfortunately, the format has been becoming less popular recently, and it seems that the show is on its way to being cancelled. The main producer, seeing a recent trend of surprise-based twists, decides to add their own twist to the show.
The waivers have been signed, so no liability is to befall them if something bad were to happen to the new adventuring group.
If you would like full access to the oneshot, check out the main post here:

Utilities Crafting Rework
This has been a bit of a bugbear for a lot of people, so I thought I’d throw my hat into the ring. This is my minimal-impact revision of the crafting framework, designed to be pretty much entirely compatible with the rules as written, but do a couple of things to make it less of a drag to interact with - it feels too slow and provides too little reward. This really boils down to two changes;
- Crafting takes approximately 40% of the time from raw materials.
- Crafting projects are counted up towards project completion as opposed to counting value down - just feels better in my head.
- Raw materials can be refined into prepared materials which count more towards crafting projects. This means you can sacrifice extra time for even lower cost.
I'd appreciate any thoughts!
Crafting Procedures
Each of these activities assumes a day of downtime, consisting of about six hours working with access to sufficient workshop space. Breaking it down smaller than this should be possible but you’ll need to do the maths yourself.
“Project” is the term I’m using for a single instance of an item being created. There’s no special treatment for batches of consumables because I don’t think the start-up time is really valuable.
Currently I’m keeping a 1-day planning/setup stage if you don’t have the formula, but I’m thinking of converting this into the need to break down an example of the item first? Or maybe increase the DC?
Raw Materials are synonymous with “money” if the characters are in a place where they can easily buy the requirements for their project. A small settlement or travelling through the wilderness might limit availability as appropriate, or you can just assume the character had them all along.
Prepared Materials are items that are prepared for use in crafting a specific type of item. These break down roughly to alchemical, weapons, armour, food, snares, clothing, or miscellaneous magical items. If sold they are worth the same as any other raw materials.
Needs refinement in terms of categories, but honestly it shouldn’t matter too much.
Craft an Item
Start a crafting project or make progress towards an existing project. Roll a Crafting check against the level-based DC for the item, and check the result against Table A. This is the value of Raw Materials that are consumed, providing double its value as project progress. If appropriate Specific Materials are used, the same amount is consumed, but triple the amount is credited to the project progress. If the amount of remaining progress is less than the amount consumed, then only the remaining amount is actually used/spent (and less time might be spent at the GM’s discretion).
So a level 6 crafter rolling a success consumes 5gp 5sp of materials, and increases the progress of the project by 11gp, or 16gp 5sp in the case of appropriate specific materials.
At any time, money can be directly expended to complete the project by providing enough to cover the remaining progress needed. This still takes the day to represent the various processes required. “Complete” components that are part of a project, such as Runes in runestones to be applied to an item add their value in the same way as money.
Prepare/Refine Materials
Convert raw materials into materials that are specific to a given type of project. Roll a Crafting check against a Very Easy roll for your level (so -5 to the level-based DC). The amount of material consumed is as for crafting, so use Table A. The result is the same value in Specific Materials for a given category (like alchemical materials or weapon materials etc).
Recycle Items
Break down an item into raw materials, or give up on an existing project and start to repurpose the materials. Roll a Very Easy (-5) Crafting check against the item’s level based DC, which consumes an amount of the item’s value as per Table B. This will Break the item and results in one third of the consumed value in Specific Materials, for the same category as the item, or half the consumed value in Raw Materials. The item in question cannot be functionally repaired.
This can also be used to junk a project and free up the materials for use elsewhere - consuming progress from an unfinished project rather than the value of an item.
The ⅓ and ½ value thing is so as to not break the economy…

Class Homebrewed Class: Aberrant
After drafting much of this in a spreadsheet, I have come to this as a playtest candidate for a new class. In the future, I hope to run this at my table and work out any of the underlying kinks along the way. If anyone finds any errors or broken combos, please let me know in the comments. P.E.A.C.H.

Class Aristocrat Class v0.1 - 1st and 2nd levels complete
this class was based off the Noble class from the Brazilian rpg Tormenta 20
my goal with it was to make it a support in three major ways: 1) debuffing enemies, with a few buffs for allies too, 2) being the main face of the party, using contacts to get ahead, and 3) using money to get good equipment. I hope I'm going in the right direction to achieve these goals, and would love any feedback or criticism on the way it's going rn
edit: just to be clear, tho the class features look complete, I basically only put the proficiencies there. other class features are planned, I just need to figure out what to do with them

Utilities I made a free, self-hosted companion app for running Kingmaker
My group has been playing through Kingmaker for a while, and the logistics kept piling up between sessions: party loot, bulk, who's carrying what, companions off on errands, the calendar, and above all the kingdom turn paperwork. So I built a small web app to handle it, and I'm sharing it in case it helps other tables.
What it covers:
- Shared party inventory with PF2e bulk, encumbrance, coins and investment
- Party and NPC companions, including who's away on a quest, injured or missing
- A campsite layout
- Kingdom building: founding, hex map, settlements, structures and a step-by-step turn tracker (official rules or Vance & Kerenshara)
- A campaign log and Golarion calendar
It's not a VTT and doesn't try to be one. I use it alongside Foundry for everything that happens between fights.
Who it's for: it's self-hosted, so one person (usually the GM) runs it with Docker and the players just open it in a browser on their PC or phone. If you've ever run a Foundry server or anything with docker compose, setup takes a few minutes. If not, it's probably more hassle than it's worth for now.
GitHub: https://github.com/prof958/KingmakerTools
It's free and open source, and it's an unofficial fan project. It's still rough in places, so feedback, bug reports and ideas are very welcome.
Hope it saves someone some bookkeeping.
