So we beat Webb and Ray. Now we have a matchup that seemingly is in our favor and everything seems to be coming up millhouse for us.
I am waiting for a shoe to drop. I want to believe this ride is gonna keep trucking but Im so used to soul crushing fuckery.
God I hope we pull away. But also if the baseball gods require us to eventually throw a game, please don’t let it be this weekend :). If we play strong through this stretch of bullshit schedule (and we are starting hot already) then the division is OURS.

today could easily be a loss and it's not because of anything ominous. A sweep would be wonderful and it's a great opportunity with Pivetta up today, but baseball happens sometimes. Ultimately it's about winning the series.

I think it was ok for fans to celebrate tying the division just because we thought the division was a foregone conclusion for the Dodgers a couple of months ago, so it's a meaningful milestone.
I hope the players view things as business as usual. They've been playing winning baseball and I hope that mindset sticks.
