Question Why are Ms. and the Re-Pac the beginner-friendliest entries?

I ask this because I was thinking about buying the first Re-Pac remake. I also heard from some other posts that I should start with Ms. and the Re-Pac duology, but I'm still unsure as to why that is.

Ms Pac Man is kind of just the more exciting version of the original and Re-Pac is it's own thing, a platformer unlike the maze games

well in the re-pac games you can unlock classic pac-man, in the 2nd one you can even get pac-attack and pac-mania, too. Re-pac also holds the main continuity of pac-man.
