I’ve tried all the decks I know how to play in online tournaments. I’ve done horribly in all of them. I thought the deck was the problem. I think it’s just me lol

I’ve tried Dragapult, slowking, Crustle, Tr mewtwo, Erika’s victreebel, and baby box. All different types of decks. All shit for me.

Build & Battle mode reset free token by 24 hour ago, where u click start or when u finished it 24 hour ago. Sometime i missing it because finish it at last 30 minute before 1600 UTC

However it can be easily fixed by giving temporary token on 1600 UTC

Building a Steven's Metagross box but ive been having trouble into the N's zoroark matchup, any psychic/steel attackers yall can think of that can one shot N's Zoroark that could slot into Stevens Metagross?

At one point it wouldn't even let me play cards, it would just run the timer and go to the opponents turn. From the logs it looks like they were playing just fine.

Is TCGLive quite competitive? Or is it pretty easy? I’m looking for something that allows me to climb the ranked ladder, but that doesn’t become too easy once you reach a certain level. Is there a leaderboard?Inglês

Everyone plays pult. I’m tired of playing mirror matches against people who are much better. I know it’s a game and the point is to have fun but DAMN a win every once in a while would be nice.

I play Lorcana, but got some Pokémon codes from a party where a friend handed out free packs. Hopefully yall can use these.

Easily plays against most meta decks, just struggles a bit against mega starmie and single prize decks.

Thoughts?

I was just looking through the Pokemon that have the call for family attack and I ran across this little guy. I understand why it isn’t being played this block with buddy-buddy existing and dragapault, well being dragapault. Without these gatekeepers, I could see a world where a “pivot” that can set up your board with a colorless attack would be pretty good.

I’ve been doing tournaments with meme decks since I started. The couple times I’ve played with my main deck, I’ve lost a lot and those losses piss me off more because it’s my primarily used deck at local tournaments. I also lose most of the time with meme decks but it’s funny and entertaining lol. Should I start just taking the MASSIVE Ls with my main deck to get the practice and just play my meme decks on ranked or casual? Like I get so frustrated but I know the only way to get better is to practice and lose and learn. The idea I have is using Dudunsparce as a draw engine so I can hopefully leave nothing but Tyranitar on the the field so my opponent can't boss it out of active. The shaymin is for slowking but thinking about it more if I get set up and hit a crushing hammer I probably don't have to worry about that. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Hey y'all! Ever since Louisville and Rahul's fantastic top 4 finish with HnS Dhelmise + Clefairy, I have seen a RAMPANT increase in HnS players on ladder. I typically play pult (hate me now if you want) and have struggled into the late game with most of my matches ending with HnS finding clefairy + energy off of stamp/judge. They typically go first (correct option for them) and I'm stuck going through 2 budew for a 1-1-2-2 prize map.

-Munki confusion stall doesn't work now because they have started including latias, and my energy gets comitted in the wrong places when they put it down.

-I am all but required to go through 2 budew in hopes that they can't get 4 HnS pokemon in discard by the time I need to start phantom diving with stamp/judge to go with

-Energy commitments get really tough throughout the course of the game with them chewing through 1 pult, and having to retreat to 1st and 2nd budew. Rosa becomes an absolutely fantastic supporter in the early-mid game to cheat a 3rd energy on the board, but becomes a stale supporter in the late game because I feel obligated to boss k/o clefairy + dhelmise/other liability.

-Using fez as an attacker stretches the energy quite a bit, with having to commit one for a potential boss + punch with dhelmise, or a crispin with no boss for a trap idea (which also relies on no latias, or banette being in play).

This matchup feels so tough. Ended my run in Louisville because I had no idea what to expect from newer lists and played it all wrong. Last couple have run better but still lose to them finding clefairy + energy for their last 2 prizes, and can't find a way to force a turn off for them.

Any advice is appreciated! I'm excited to grind this matchup and see if I can swing it to a 60/40 (their favor).

I love TR Pokemon and i really want crobat to work it might just suck as card but i like spreading damage i doubt this deck will beat meta decks such as dragapult but as a rouge deck i think it would be fun to perfect. Any suggestions to making this deck better?

Hi, I'm working towards the process of having a full collection of every set and next up in going to be moving on to Sun/Moon. Now I know Celebrations is generally the best Value of converting Trainer Points to Trade Credits. I have a fully maxed out Celebrations collection (4x every card). However there's just a lot more intrinsic value if the packs you'll be opening are exclusively new cards. As my collection has next to no SM cards currently, I suspect it may be worthwhile to open some amount of packs with Points before crafting the rest with trade credits.

Has there been any math done on the value there?

I've been playing since last rotation and this is the first time something like this happens. I do not understand how stuff like this CAN even happen, my opponent got to use their cards normally but I was stuck unable to click on anything. Thankfully it seems pretty rare but what can I do to avoid having to concede if this happens again?

Does anyone have or thought about or have used an ai tool/app/website that keeps track how often a card gets used or when?

There’s been a couple of decks that I keep adding “comfort cards” because I know I will use them for specific reasons (love you Psyduck). But there’s other cards there I’m not sure if I use them as often as I think.

This got the nogging jogging and figured there’s no way at this point we don’t have something that tracks cards usage considering we looooove stats and figuring out metas.

I can't find any landscape mode in my settings Pokemon tcg live

So it seems to me, especially right now but also with PB and DR, that Pokemon is moving the meta towards Pokemon being the focus of "plays" in standard instead of big items and supporters.

We've had huge important pieces of our decks be rotated out and replaced by pokemon with specific abilitys ( such as Heave ho catcher, Last ditch catch, watchful eye ect.) and i personally dislike this format.

Do other people enjoy this shift, it really seems to slow down the game and i imagine its huge for a balancing point of view but as someone that thinks the gane is most fun when we can play 5 or more cards per turn i really am missing all the item cards we used to have and having to dictate space on the bench to always include a spot for the Meowths and Shamins of the world feels like it males the game less creative and fun

Again this is all my personal opinion and i havent talked to anyone else so id like to hear at least what the reddit communities view on it and if its generally liked, disliked or indifferent

I realize that metas come and go and the game changes a lot to keep fresh (such as old gens having focuses on coin flips or status effects) so im not too upset, just means I'll be happier in a few years when the devs focus on another mechanic instead

After sharpedo’s recent success at Louisville, been a real treat to match into a few more dark decks than usual.

Deck has pretty much remained the same 60 since first hitting MB aside from a 2nd night stretcher I removed in place of Shaymin (bit of slowking started popping up at 1600+)

Sharing my list for all my fleaders out there who might be struggling to find a consistent list, hope this can provide some inspiration!
