General Health PCS?

I’m not sure this is the right place, but I figured i could try!

has anyone else been diagnosed with pelvic congestion syndrome?
if so - what are you symptoms? any treatment?

I was diagnosed and the doctor told me he does not recommend the surgery.

Oof, I don't have PCS myself but my cousin got diagnosed with it couple years ago. Her main thing was a constant dull ache that got way worse after standing for long periods, plus some pain during sex. She ended up doing pelvic floor physical therapy which helped more than she expected. The surgery is definitely not the only route.
