PSA if you work in a tall building...
...And can't manage stairs. Check with HR or facilities about the safety plan for evacuation of employees with disabilities.
If you have a desk job in an elevator building, you may not require ADA accommodations for your work, but any employer subject to ADA that has an evacuation plan must include plans to evacuate disabled employees.
I discovered this because we had a fire drill yesterday and I work on the 25th floor. Of course, they don't tell us it's a drill until it's over. It took me so long to get out that I got very nervous about what might happen as my OA keeps progressing. I checked with HR, and now I know what to do! (And they will be able to test that aspect of the system next time).
And I'm also adding "going down stairs" to my exercise regimen, because I can tell this morning that it uses a collection of stabilizer muscles I wouldn't normally hit in a routine workout.
