I've got one out of three so far. Not bad.

no brain cell = no thinking, no thinking = no stress, no stress = relax

Having a bed like that would help. Why are covered beds so rare (for humans) ? Am i the only one who yearns to sleep in a padded hole?

Right? Human beds are so boring.

Soo boring. I stayed in a capsule hotel once and i fell in love with the idea of sleeping in a fancy coffin

You can get a human sized dog bed cushion and put it on a bed with a canopy around it. That would be close?

I don't know about a coffin, but something other than a rectangle would be cool

I've always wondered if they knew how dangerous this shot was

What do you mean by this? The shot of Joey and the hole?

There used to be a thing called a privacy pop, I think. A tent that goes over the bed.

i remember ikea selling them for kids, different kind of themes and it would just attach over a bed or bunk-bed frame. for adults, the only similar thing i can think of is like those old-fashioned curtains that go around a bed? like a bug net.

anyway, i would love to sleep in a cozy little pod.

There are some of those pop up one for adults that are more for blackout purposes. I looked into it when I worked night shift.

oh that's cool! having done night shifts myself that would be really nice.

also to string up some fairy lights in there for reading hours

Go real old fashioned beds used to have frames going up to hold one roof covering and drapes on all sides and it was the norm for beds.

Ye olde four poster bed!

I had one when I was little. I got it as a present and my mom said I couldn’t put it on my bed yet bc she had just put fresh sheets on that morning. That night I poured a cup of water in my bed and said I wet the bed. Tent was up the next night.

Look up “box beds”. It was totally a thing, and I would love to see them come back.

Used to be the norm beds had a frame above them that curtains would be hung on all sides.
Folks had one I’m old they must have inherited the frame and never used curtains it but us kids liked to wonder about the strange bed set up.
Oh. They made a cloth roof above as well.

How do you want to achieve that?

103

u/Jax_Dandelion Jul 05 '26

Probably by having a cat that isn’t orange, cause an orange will not allow that

Sedatives 💕

I had that for one moment, back in the late 80's. My mom was off to work, my little brother off to a babysitter, the sun coming through that shitty trailer window right into my bed, summer morning. I woke up, no alarm, nothing that needed doing, so relaxed and refreshed. I've been chasing that moment ever since.
