My cat always did this. It's normal unless this is happening outside of cuddle time. What a goober!!! Give them lots of pets for me.

brothers cat was doing the same thing turned out to be camcer under the tongue. open his mouth and inspect

Yes, one of our rescues had a cut in his tongue from his time on the streets.
