Cookbook The Blue Apron Cookbook Service Club of Putnam Hospital Center Carmel NY 1983
This is a small cookbook published in 1983 by the Service Club of the Putnam Hospital Center, in Carmel, New York. It has a total of 86 pages, including the covers.
On page 32 is Homemade Manicotti. And it is really from scratch because it describes how to make the shells (or more like a pancake). There are only 10 ingredients in the whole recipe (shell and filling).
On page 41 the Sicilian meat roll sounds quite yummy. And page 43 has Jade Tree Steak, also a very delicious sounding recipe.
There is a lot of good food to be had from this little book.
