Following up on yesterdays announcement that only approved user's can post, Reddit Admins have been helpful to us and actually making the Sub restricted. So by making this post, we are gonna explain the reasoning behind it, but also a bit how things works in the background.

Why is the Subreddit restricted?

• To combat the massive spam attack wave that is hurting many NSFW subs. So far it is working like clockwork, no spam seen.

What does this mean?

• If you want to post and is NOT an approved user to post, it will say "Request to post". A reference to some of your content would be appreciated. No, we do not check and scroll your profile for general content to see if anything fits the Sub.
• If you ARE a approved user, you can post as normally.
• This will NOT affect the comments section in any way.

How to become an approved user?

• Option one, use the "Message Mods" function.
• Option two, press the "Request to post" button and state your case in the following pop-up.

Are there any requirements and what are they?

• The minimum requirements are NOT listed for safety reasons, as it was before when handled by the Automod. This is to avoid unwanted content from users with little experience on Reddit.
• You need a certain minimum account age.
• You need a minimum amount of Post Karma.
• You need a minimum amount of Comment Karma.

Is there anything i should be worried about when requesting Approved user status?

• If you have any history of breaking the rules in the Sub, that will not help you. While many can have the occasional post removed for different reasons, we separate that vs breaking the subs rules by posting content that does not fit here on multiple occasions or violating the re-post rule. Multiple removals for example is not good.
• If you have had a temporary ban from the Sub, especially very recently or current, or a couple of them in the past, you dont have a good case. The longer the temporary ban, the less this is the place for you. At the moment, this concerns about three or four users that have had multiple temporary bans and is just one strike away from being permanently banned from the Sub.
• If you are permanently banned from the Sub, that should speak for itself!

Anything else i should take into consideration?

• We use u/bot-bouncer app to identify troublesome users. If you are listed as "Banned" there, your case is already weak as negatively speaking, getting banned there is an achievement on its own. If you are banned there, that means you act like a bot and is basically a spammer, often banned from many subs for a multitude of reasons. From experience, this is usually true as well.
• Also from experience, most users that are listed as "Banned" on u/bot-bouncer, will not read this post.

Any rules i should take into extra consideration?

• Rule 2 - Make sure it is on topic with the subs rules and guidelines.
• Rule 7 - Reposting same content in short time. Bring something new instead of spamming. Is handled by u/image-magician but also verified by the Mod Team.
• Rule 10 - This is not a undressing and show it all. masturbation or a porn Sub. Nudity is off course fine to a certain amount of degree. This rule is the most violated. Co-exist with rule 2.
