This is mostly a US issue, but for the past four years, I've heard and seen more people throwing around the word fascist and fascism around the internet, however, they're playing fast and loose with the term.

Now, I am not one to bash others' politics, but I do want to say, even as a POC Republican, Trump was not a good president. He's felt like the closest we've had to what a fascist leader has been, but that does not mean he's immediately Hilter-level fascist.

Outside of Trump, most of the entire Republican voting population and other conservatives such as Ben Shapiro, Kirk, etc, are generally hurled as fascist. However, this do not mean I have a problem with the Democrat Party. Even the right does this. They call Obama and Biden fascist (e.g., saying everything was better before Obama was president) and then even calling antifa, which is meant to be an anti-Nazi group, fascist because they are left-leaning.

Now, I do make it clear that fascism does lean towards more of the right-er side. Politics is a delicate thing to be making opinions on. So if I angered you, I am sorry.
