Has anyone tried the Tapentado 100mg with a small kung fu panda.
It says this on the back,
Yes. I can read the packaging fairly clearly. This is tapentadol hydrochloride 100 mg, an opioid pain medicine. The specific product is Tap-Ash-100.
What it is
Active ingredient: Tapentadol hydrochloride, equivalent to 100 mg tapentadol
Product/brand name: Tap-Ash-100
Manufacturer: Fortune Healthcare Product Pvt. Ltd., Gujarat, India
Marketed by: Asher Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, Nagpur, India
The packaging says it is a Schedule H1 prescription medicine in India.
Tapentadol is an opioid analgesic used for pain. It has opioid activity and also works through noradrenaline reuptake inhibition.
Asher Pharmaceuticals’ current website also lists Tap-Ash 10 mg among its products, and the company’s address matches the address printed on your blister.
There is also a manufacturer/product listing online showing Tap-Ash-100 = Tapentadol HCl 100 mg, consistent with what is printed on your pack.

One important thing
100 mg tapentadol is a substantial opioid dose, and this isn’t equivalent to an ordinary over-the-counter painkiller. Australian Healthdirect specifically warns that tapentadol is an opioid with risks including respiratory depression, misuse and dependence.
Also, the blister you’ve shown doesn’t establish whether these are immediate-release or sustained-release tablets from the visible wording alone. That’s important because the dosing is quite different. I would not take one based solely on the blister identification if you weren’t prescribed this exact product.
