Now that we’re entering the cold months, I’m starting to use this gas heater, which is right next to my TV setup. The heat goes up at a 45° angle, towards where my Switch 2 dock is. I’m worried this could cause the console to overheat, but the top of this DVD shelf to the left of my TV is the most convenient place for it. Should I figure out another place for it, or is it fine where it is?

Anyone pick up toy story retro round up + toy story 3 cart, is it fully on cart? I saw some other recently released on cart games still have a mandatory download. Can anyone who has this one confirm if it's fully on cart?

I've never really been into Warhammer but love a CRPG and this one seems to get a lot of love. I ordered it as I haven't bought any games for a good while.

Any other games that originally released digitally and were quietly followed by a physical release? I think Hades 2 is a good example. I hate to buy digitally that which I can get physically even if I have to wait.

These games would look and run great and they would be just PERFECT for the Switch 2.

I don’t know why it’s doing this but it won’t connect to my WiFi anymore like it used to. It works with my mobile data so I know it isn’t a hardware issue but it’s really weird that it’s stopped connecting. Has this happened to anyone else? What can I do?

I've been wanting to get an SD card for ages, but never thought it was the right time to get one until now. Plus, I'm get sick of deleting games. I'm planning to save money for one & buy it next month. Thanks to ai bs making them more expensive. Is this one good? I always see the Lexar 1tb sd card sold out often. I regret not planning to get one when eb games was closing in nz at the start of this year. So, I would have to import them from their Australian website

Just in case anyone has been searching for Lies of P the physical edition is back in stock on GameStop. It’s been sold out everywhere for a while now and I finally got my hands on it. I seen people selling it for over $100 on places like Ebay, don’t play resale.

Are you kidding me? You can‘t invert y-axis in Oblivion Remastered in mouse mode? This is a joke, isn’t it? I want a refund, this game is useless to me.

My example is FF7 Rebirth. This is where I noticed the biggest disparity from docked to handheld. The difference can be quite jarring tbh.

Docked looks surprisingly good , but in handheld the image gets noticeably softer. There seems to be some blur filter applied probably some type of AA.

DLSS is doing a lot of work from a low internal resolution: with both modes at 30fps. It's still playable, but it's the biggest gap I've noticed. I’ve attached screenshots for reference.

A different type of compromise is Persona 3 Reload which looks good in handheld but is capped to 30 fps whereas docked has a 60 fps mode.

Are there any games where the difference between docked and handheld is this clear?

This will probably be obsolete if a patch comes out, but I wanted to help anyway for those confused such as I. So for those who haven't been able to upgrade to the new Switch 2 Ver. of It Takes Two from their physical copy, here's how.

1) Insert the game card.
2) Open the game.
3) Select "Play Online"
4) Link your Nintendo Account to EA Servers via the menu.
5) Back out of "Play Online" to the Main Menu
6) Press "Y" to open the eShop to get the Switch 2 Ver.
7) Free download should be available.

I have never played a Warhammer game, however Boltgun released on NSW2 yesterday, and Boltgun 2 is releasing "soon." I will be picking up Boltgun for sure.

I know that Rogue Trader released as a total bug fest, and since then, the devs have offered all of the expansion packs for free to all Nintendo Switch 2 users. That being said, the Voidfarer edition drops today, and has the base game + all DLC on the cartridge, which is a collector's wet dream.

For those who have played it, what's this game like? How does it play after being patched?

Edit 1: For physical owner, update your game to version 1.0.4. Then open the game, select "Play Online", let the game connect to EA server, exit the Nintendo Account Information usage page by selecting Cancel. Error code 401-2710 would show. Then you can press Y then select the same user you start the game with to go to eShop page claiming your free copy.

Edit 2: If you claim the free copy using the method above via cartrige. You would find you only own the Friends Pass in eShop. I can confirm you actually have the full copy. Loading my old save (yes you can transfer save), I can play later chapter, unlike friends pass only limited to chapter one.
