Planning on taking MDMA. How much mg nicotine should I take? (Ex-smoker) NSFW

I used to be a smoker (1-2 packs a day) been almost 2 months since I've quit.

When rolling with MDMA I've always loved cigs, and I know if I roll I might relapse which I don't want to do.

I've taken nicotine pouches before and loved it, but I don't know the dosage of it.

Now that I'm planning on rolling again, I want to know what's the best dose of nicotine pouch I need to take.

In my country they go from 6mg - 20mg.

What do you think I should have to have the best time?
