I’ve lived in Newmarket all my life. Everyone for the most part has been very good. This morning however, I woke up to find my car was broken into and my tools were stolen. I’d like to thank the person who took my Milwaukee bag in the back seat, I didn’t want to work anymore anyway.

I’ve seen this behaviour countless time at the Costco plaza. There is clearly a no entry sign posted there, as well as the design of the entrance that makes it not sensical to enter this way. Why do people keep doing this? I can only guess laziness and/or sense of entitlement.

Now, if people think that this should have been allowed, then bring this up with the town so they make it official, but to keep doing it at this time and state is simply annoying to see (could be borderline dangerous, as I have been on the bike lane when this happened in the past).

Anyone else hear that huge BOOM that happened just now at 9:01. Sounded a lot louder than a gunshot or just a cars backfiring.

I currently live in Durham Region and I'm trying to get a job. I am also a slav ​in my early 20s.

I have been trying to get a job for a very long time (years) in Durham Region and Toronto, but with no luck. However, when I was visiting Vaughan and Richmond Hill, I thought the job market may be better because it's a way richer area​ with a lot less of the "new people" like in Toronto, the southern part of Durham Region​​, and Brampton (you know what I mean but I can't say it here on Reddit).
