Unable to join Queues

All of my toons get the same message today “There is no collection associated with this queue.” Why is that?
I was able to join queues just fine yesterday, completed them with my husband, never left early or anything rude or harmful. I’m just very confused.

EDIT: It randomly started working again, no information on why it was previously not working

I had the same issue today with rdq and rtq, it was as if someone had a leave penalty but we were all clear

Hopefully it was something temporary with your client or connection. I'm not familiar with that message.

I know today was update day, starting to wonder if it’s just a bug.
I decided after restarting everything to just give it a rest. I’m sure it’ll resolve itself by tomorrow (I hope), I’ll make an edit if it does + if there is a reasoning why.

Are you able to provide us with an screenshot? and the error message? It is a very strange error indeed, try to submit a CS ticket if possible, in game or via https://support.playneverwinter.com/hc/en-us

Also make sure there are no overflow bag.

Unfortunately no screenshot, but it was red text that popped up in the top middle of the screen & the chat box in the lower lefthand corner.
Error Message - “There is no collection associated with this queue.”
No overflow bag all my bags had open spaces.
It was applied to any and all queues, random dailies, specific unlocked queues, nightmare.
It was applied across all my toons.

Thankfully I can join again, but I wish I knew what the error was from.

What Q were u trying to join?

Just so we can see if there’s a pattern.
