The art looks good. Love the texas hold em analogues. Hoping for the best for this cycle.

I'm not sure if they will have pre-build decks for three factions on each side or only a pair of pre-builds.
I like this very much anyway! It makes the game much more approachable!

Only one pair of prebuilt decks in this set.

Its crim vs weyland. Theres also lore attached to it apparently.

It makes a lot of sense too. Fingers crossed for a Weyland railway or water company.

A bit off-topic, but what will start-up legality look like concerning vantage point, will it remain legal with River 2 set cycle, or will it just rotate out as River Cycle second set releases?

The general rule is Core (SG + Elevation), the latest complete cycle (VP) and the latest incomplete cycle (River 1). Once River 2 is out, VP should drop from it and we won't have an incomplete cycle until the next set is out. Unless things change for the format

They haven't announced anything yet, they might decide to leave VP in, or not. River 2 won't be out for months so too early to tell.

It is a valid expansion with a form of prebuilt decks right?

Yes, all the cards in the prebuilt decks will be legal, there won't be any "campaign-only" cards like in Terminal Directive.

I'm hype for the reprints. I think they are a sound decision for the game.

they're also very useful for people who want to bring more than a single pair of decks to a meetup

I realise not everyone wants to do it but reminder that proxies are legal everywhere! I've printed out so many sure Gambles

i have several proxy playsets of a lot of staples, but real cards are still nice

I played a v early version *of this over a year ago. I'm sure none of the card mechanics I saw are still there, not that I even can remember them. I will say that the heist plot is v cool, though.
EDIT: Some typos.
