Good places to fly kites in dashain

I am a beginner at kite flying, had tried to fly it when I was a kid but failed at it and didnt try it for years. Now as an adult I have this renewed determination to make this dream happen. But have been failing still. Was thinking may be should go somewhere windy to fly. Whats some good places in Kathmandu for this purpose? Also plz do give me good tips on kite flying. I watched youtube videos, asked chatgpt, know about pulling the kite or releasing the string. Yet nothing seems to be working.
