Sup everyone! I’m looking for a female vocalist for “After the World,” a song for my project VELORIUM.

The sound is atmospheric djent / progressive metal, drawing from Volumes, Tesseract, and Spiritbox, with a dystopian, cinematic atmosphere. I’m looking for haunting, intimate cleans that can build into powerful melodic choruses. Screams are a huge plus, but I’m happy to work with a separate screamer.

The full song is just shy of seven minutes, including solos and instrumental sections. There are approximately 4 minutes and 10 seconds of vocals total, split between cleans and screams, so the clean sections alone are shorter.

I don't know if this is unusual or anything, but I'll shoot my shot. I make electronic music, and have only recently started publishing my stuff. I have an EP coming out late October, and now I'm fiddling with an album. I use a lot of vocal samples, chops and hooks etc., which I usually get from splice.... But... I AM FED UP WITH SPLICE SAMPLES. Half the stuff sounds AI-generated and I'm kind of stressed out by the sheer volume of options.

I've found some nice stuff on pages like Voxalized and the likes, but those are almost too polished and generic. So here is my own dumb idea. Let me buy what you have lying around to play around with.

I'm looking for honest, human, creative and quirky dry vocals. Maybe just a sketch song you made and forgot about or something you actually love, but never found a place for. Not professionals. Not polished (although not clipped to shreds preferably). I'd actually prefer you being green, playful and experimental. Yay, the arts! Doesn't have to be full songs. Hello! To make a longer story shorter I'm a music producer that has been in the game since 2018. I started out by making beats/loops and sending them to different artists/producers. And eventhough I have been working with some famous industry names in that genre I'm eager for a change so I'm thinking about making a switch in my music career. I have been making a few DnB tracks, and I'm loving it and I do want to drop on spotify as an artist and not just get a credit for the production. I know I've got quality to do so.
