Welcome
Hey y’all! If you’re stumbling upon this sub on the hunt for some nail wrap discussions, tips & tricks, ideas & nailfies then you’ve arrived at the right place!! Little background for why I started this sub...back in July 2020 my SIL became a Color Street stylist... Well, I ended up getting highly addicted to doing my nails; I started joining groups, constantly Pinterest-ing, looking for more than what CS had to offer. Which in turn led me to trying a whole bunch of different designs, types, and brands. Which is why I started this sub. A place where we can talk & post about ALL kinds & brands of nail wraps, including CS. Join, post, engage, observe...just don’t try to sell anything ;)

Tips for cutting wraps to size?
Hi all!
Basically what the title says! When I use brands that have 20 wraps per pack, I always have the desire to cut up the extra wraps to be the size of my nail (width wise of course, I always have to trim the ends bc I'm a short nail person). I've tried it multiple times, but I always think it ends up looking really wonky. I see people on this sub sharing beautiful "Frankenstein" sets where they've combined pieces, trimmed extras down, etc. Any tips on the wizardy of how you make them look so professional?

Adora Couture
This is my second set of gel tabs I've tried with Adora Couture. So incredibly cute. The first pair I tried went 2 weeks. I did have one of this design come off my pinky after 3 days. Not sure why. I will keep monitoring the length of time in wearing. Anyone else tried Adora Couture?

Lily and Fox: Prettiest of the Patch
Had struggles with my previous L&F application. My nails are small and the strips have to be cut down. So tried application on the Una Gella press ons before I placed them on my nails. They came out a lot better this way. Added the spiders for fun! 🎃🎃

Nail pealing despite proper wear
I wear Lily & Fox nail wraps and have been experiencing peeling of my fingernails. I wear two coats of a base coat under the wraps, and always take them off using nail polish remover, not peeling them off. However my fingernails still look atrocious underneath them. Any other useful tips?

I’ve been seeing these on people and they were just too cute to pass up. AutyaMee Ghost Face Cat Eye
AutyaMee does not seem to know what “cat eye” is, but otherwise I love these!

Gel wraps over gel extensions
Hiiiiiii! Looking for tips on applying gel wraps over gel extensions.
I got some gel extensions for my toes, and I have heard that gel strips work well on top of them. I’ve worn gel strips on my natural finger- and toenails for years, but never with an extension underneath. Not sure if it’s better to place, trim, and shape extensions on my nails before doing the wraps, or to wrap and shape the extensions then pop it all on together like a falsie, or if there’s something else entirely that I’m not even thinking of.
I’m all ears, thank you in advance 💖
