Losing stuff

Super absent minded person so Im always losing shit and ofc it never turns back up. How hard is it to not steal??

Keep everything in your bag, and when you take something out only keep it out for as long as you’re actively using it

It’s just easy to leave a charger or something like that behind when I have a lot on my mind. My point is more why do people think someone leaving something behind is a justification for stealing??

Yeah that's a reason why whenever I see an unattended laptop and bag at the library I feel anxious for the person

Fr, anything I forget to take, gone in few sec, I swear I lost some shits in some places I literally know people pass by like every billion year.

I do remember once I forgot my charger in one of my classrooms after getting home. My parent was nice enough to drive me back to get it. So, I would make sure to check your bag and keep your belongings with you at all times. Make sure your bag is closed. I don't agree with people taking your things. Usually people steal for the benefit of themselves whether its for money or they want/need something.
But you could try asking the front desk in Campus Center for anything you've lost. Maybe they have one of your lost possessions.
