huge billy fan and sweet sixteen is my favorite song of all time hands down, i absolutely adore it and desperately want to listen to similar songs but have not been able to find anything quite like it 💔 from what i’ve found eyes without a face and surrender by suicide are the closest to fitting the vibe i’m looking for, if anyone has any recommendations at all please lmk!!! billy idol - sweet sixteen

https://youtu.be/BiyH_rVPGAo (song starts at 00:24 btw)

the music and melody is so good, what would the name of the genre be? any similar music?

i'm genuinely in love with the song and its style, I just wish for something with actual lyrics. 😅

Does anyone know songs with A great beatdrop like, imo, these?(and what comes after)

I'm looking for any artists or albums that might be similar to any of these here (any I bring up here I'm looking at more of their work with less vocals or without busy lyrics) :

OPN

Caretaker

Swans

Yellow Swans

Coil

Mathias Grassow

Earth

Sunn

Basinski

Tim Hecker

Microphones

Would love to get a huge list or just a suggestion of some deep cut artists as alot of these are well known. I've gotten back into reading and alot of these mentioned above really put some color onto the canvas with pretty much any book or story I'm on.

Specifically the first 40 seconds of the song

I am looking for songs with a similar sound to ascensionism by sleep token at the 1:48 mark with the dark trap/pop rnb sound. Please help! The layered/synth voices in elation and" is it really you" are great as well. https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=Oqr05E-ikmU&si=lUusNRCzBwiSGLie -ascensionism

Edit, I actually *really* like the way the part goes in ascension, so if there are any that sound rythmically similar please recommend.

Vertigo

Hey ya'll, I need some help finding new songs for a "Soft-country pop" playlist that I'm making.

I'm trying to look for music that is a good mix between pop and country without going too much in the direction of country, like Ella Langley, or pop like Sabrina Carpenter (though if you think one of their songs could really fit, I'm open to listening!).

The songs that I think really define this playlist and are kind of the basis are:

Look At That Woman - ROLE MODEL

A car wash and a new pair of pants - Lizzy McAlpine

Old Recliners - ROLE MODEL

Sally, When The Wine Runs Out - ROLE MODEL

I was thinking of adding The Subway by Chappell Roan or Choosin' Texas by Ella Langley, but I don't think those fit the vibe too well. Can Anyone give me some recs you think would fit in well?

As the title states- looking for something similar to this song, decently fast paced and loud. Thanks!

i really love the electronic but hip hop beat and the bells its really hypnotic and i desperately need some similar tracks

I’m obsessed with this kind of sound right now. Looking for songs with a similar vibe, energy and style. Any recommendations? 🙏

I've posted in the Sims 4 place as well and this is an absolutely ridiculous request but I was genuinely devastated when I found out it was made FOR the Sims and not based off a real song. If anybody has similars please do comment them!!!

What are some electronic songs that sound similar to Bluevalley - "Education"?

I searched "techno music", but they sound too upbeat. Is there a term for the kind of music that sounds like what I linked?

Everlast and Kid Rock have some great songs of this style. Who else would you recommend?
