Hi folks! Having posted the first part of my sleeve in May (Kermit) and then an update in July (Animal and Fozzie) I’m back with an almost complete piece! I’ve a few gaps that need to be filled, but I’m pretty much done!

Hi ho everyone,

Admins delete if this isn't allowed.

Some of you may know me some of you may not.

I'm a puppeteer known in the new England area as the Mainer with Muppets.

I use my replicas for fun local shows and events.

That said I'm in need of a song recorded for an upcoming show I'd like to do . I do need it soon so time is essential.

But yea I've asked across FB, tiktok, Instagram and now I'm here.

Feel free to DM me any questions

I was inspired by a post where the community ranking the top 100 Marvel superheroes (https://www.reddit.com/r/marvelcomics/s/LLfxggKSUT), voting for one each day. I never saw anyone do it for the Muppets yet, so I want to do it myself.

Rules:
Most upvotes win.
If there is a tie, I will include both in alphabetical order.
We are only including Muppets from the three television shows (co-)created by Jim Henson: The Muppet Show, Sesame Street and Fraggle Rock. However, characters from their spin-off shows and movies are allowed.
Single entry for each character.
Only one character per comment unless they part of an established duo (i.e. Ernie and Bert, Statler and Waldorf).
Voting ends 6:00 a.m. PT

Have fun!

Elmo, Abby Cadabby and Nina are in the special, airing tonight on PBS & PBS Kids!

I'm extremely excited about this! for those who don't know, Sheldrick Wildlife Trust raises baby elephants (and giraffes, hippos, and other assorted African animals) who have been orphaned. it's a fantastic cause/charity and they do wonderful work.

their instagram post about it is here. PBSKids post is here.

Interesting read. I thought TMS was a component of Disney but it seems they aren't.

Basically Disney owns the characters and puppets but has to hire puppeteers via TMS. And TMS can't do anything without Disney. Legally speaking Disney could just drop the current performers and establish a new group within Disney.

I take film, tv, etc, and draw them as if they appeared on the cover of a manga magazine.

For the Muppet Show, I went with a different approach, and reimagined the series and characters as if they originated from traditional Japanese theater and entertainment, being Noh, Kyogen, Kabuki, Bunraku, Rakugo, Sarumawashi, Manzai, Sumo, Geisha and Taiko drumming, spread across 3 covers.

Noh: Gonzo, Rizzo (based on characters from Kurama-tengu,) Kyogen: Beaker, Honeydew (based on characters from Bo Shibari,) Kabuki (Aragoto): Fozzie, Camilla, Kabuki (Wagoto): Sam, Bunraku: Scooter (lead puppeteer,) Pepe (stagehand,) Johnny Fiama, Swedish Chef, and Rowlf as puppets, Rakugo: Kermit, Sarumawashi: Sal Minella (based on the Japanese macaque species,) (Early) Manzai: Statler, Waldorf, Sumo: Bobo, Geisha: Miss Piggy, Geisha w/ Shamisen: Janice, Taiko: Animal.

I made him in February and its my best puppet puppet! And JEFFY to

since no one likes my fakemon, i decided to talk about LISA BUCKLEY and her role as BETTY LOU, and her DOLLY whose head always pops off

Hello! The Great Muppet Caper is my favorite soundtrack from a Muppet movie by far, but unfortunately the versions of the soundtrack available on YouTube are pretty low quality (I tend to be pretty particular about my audio haha). This might be a long shot, but does anyone have this soundtrack on CD and would be willing to rip it directly and share it with me so I can listen in the best quality?
