We’ve been going to trunk or treats for 5 years and it’d be cool to do it the old fashioned way. I had so much fun as a kid going door to door and walking 8 miles for candy, yknow? Do any of these neighborhoods still give out candy because ours doesn’t.

Long shot. But is anyone playing in a slowpitch league that needs a sub this week? I'm visiting for work and evenings are BORING if I don't wanna go spend money. Open to men's or coed teams, rec or any level really.

Still fairly new to slowpitch, but grew up playing baseball and I coach now, so the knowledge base is pretty much there. Not a power hitter, but I can find a gap pretty well and I'm decently quick. 8-10 so far for my first season.

Solid fielder. Currently swapping between LCF, SS and 3rd, but will play anywhere you want me. Good arm, good at tracking fly balls. Decently quick, I'll either get to the ball for an out or hold it for a single most of the time.

What started as a simple idea has grown into an amazing statewide movement. Thanks to community members stepping up, we’ve already secured official municipal support, organizational backing, and best of all, a state representative who is officially authoring the bill for the upcoming 2027 legislative session!

Now, we are in the final home stretch. Our petition is currently sitting at 4,231 signatures, and our goal is to hit 5,000 by the end of this month when the campaign concludes, so we can prep our complete legislative packet.

I’m trying to see if I can find any abandoned factory buildings or even just fenced up plots of land. I can’t find where the old Hartley Truck Parts was located specifically, and would like to know if anyone knows where any of these locations are? I’m not planning on trespassing or going into any of them, but just take a picture of them. How do people who work in office/non manufacturing roles like their jobs? I’ve heard about the manufacturing side and I know they were closed due to flooding for awhile.

I moved to Muncie for a job and I’m meh on the job, but I am enjoying my time in the Muncie area, so I’m thinking about looking for another similar job. Progress Rail has a couple that are posted, but they’ve been up for awhile, which makes me nervous. Not sure if it’s a sign they suck to work for or if they have a hard time getting candidates.
