Best laptop for moonlight streaming + recording 1080p60fps + connecting to homeserver?

What's a good choice of laptop to record 1080p60fps at 15-25k bitrate (or stream at 8k bitrate) while connecting with moonlight to my gaming/editing server locally via ethernet (or wifi when on the go) and other homeserver stuff (like navidrome) on top of some basic web browsing + discord on the side?

Having USB-C charging would be amazing, OLED would be HUGE but even if not I will be connecting a second monitor at home that's OLED if the main screen isn't. Solid battery life is a huge plus and a camera is a must for zoom calls.

Currently have a thinkpad t480 which is decently close to what I need but it can't handle the recording portion of things (at least when i have it running with fedora). Closest it gets is 720p60fps and even then it struggles quite hard.

Pretty much any Intel laptop with a 1080p60hz screen with a 5th-6th gen + cpu

is there a thinkpad model that fits this (mines been super reliable)? a 120Hz refresh rate would be nice too. or any particular model you'd recommend otherwise?

Uhmmm, not any particular I could think of with 120hz screens. But even an i3 generic laptop would be fine as long as it has quick sync realistically 6th gen + should be fine but you may be able to go a little older.

my t480 allegedly has quicksync, but it doesn't show up under linux I only got it appearing on windows.

Honestly this may be some sort of Linux issue. I have a Lenovo idea pad w a i3 8145u and it works pretty well in fedora 44 and windows, at least with decoding streams. I would look to see you’re on the newest version of your Linux distro. That’s quiet odd it may even be worth a reinstall as well

was gonna say this is why I specified linux in the title of this post and then I realized that i did not, in fact, do that. i love my linux. was on the newest version of fedora at the time when I last tired it (last year), but if it didn't work then idk why a t480 would suddenly get support as that's a very old device now.
