Error 0015 Dungeons 2

So I got the game and besides some bugs here and there it's pretty alright and I was able to brietly play with my one friend and it was a blast. I still prefer the first one but that's besides the point. One day I tried to log on, on Xbox, and it attempts to load in but then it just loads for a full minute and then returns to the menu with error 0015.
First time I thought it was just a regular mishap and I reset the Xbox... same error. I unplugged the Xbox for over an hour, deleted the game, deleted the local save data, and even tried to create a new online character but even with a new character it won't load in. The game on Xbox for me is completely useless. I decided to go on PC and download it off the store and to my surprise it ACTUALLY WORKED... for 10 minutes. The game got
buggy when I played and for some reason I couldn't heal, fight, jump, or shoot anything at one point. I even tell off into the dead zone where the game would throw you back up top but my guy was just standing down there not being teleported back up. I knew what was most likely to happen but with no other alternative I just quit the game and sure enough, now I can't load in on PC either. I tried to contact support but it's been days and I feel like that's a lost cause. I just wanna play the game and I'm open to suggestions, and I also wanted to see it anyone else is having the same problem. If you took the time to read this thanks :)
