Smoking, Vaping and Littering in Bowes Neighborhood Park

Teens (smoking cigarettes and vaping) in Bowes Neighborhood Park when it clearly states both are banned.

What’s the best way to report when I see someone doing banned activities in park premises ?

Trust me bro isn’t what said. What I’m saying is if let’s say, 1000 people see this post, id bet many of them would agree with me vs you on the subject of parents buys capes for kids.

What you’re saying is “trust me bro, I worked in a vale shop”. Buddy, I have no clue who you are. My response isn’t unreasonable at all.

Also, I have my own lived experiences and have never once come across this. I’ve come across it with alcohol but not vapes for kids.
