Question Gord Grantz vs George Minakakis ?

After researching, I realized that these are the best candidates. But I am torn between Gord and George. What convinced you of either of them? I would like to know your opinion.

People keep saying this, but not really following it up with any actual reason.

Did his age cause an actual problem, or is this just blatant age discrimination?
