Discussion Dark Harvest!

I'm not a Milio main, although a support main, and today I wanted a chill game so I picked Milio, and wondered if his passive would proc DH, and picked DH on a gamble hoping it would. Y'all probably know it does. Was fun! Had 26 stacks at the end of the 30 minute game. We were ahead but lost from a bad baron call, but it was a good game.

Build/Setup Enchanter build btw

400 AP, 50% HsP (not including moonstone 30% amp)

My passive is giving 700 extra damage on W, if it’s multiple people then we are talking multiple thousand extra damage.

My shield is over 1100 if double casted (not including moonstone chain)

My R heals for 1000 on a target already affected my antiheal

My Q deals 800

Milio is the hardest scaling enchanter in the game.

Build/Setup What to build when your adc is Smolder

Hello guys, i am trying to learn this champion and i have heard that Milio is a good pair with Smolder, can anyone please help me out with a build catered for that adc? I usually go with helia > ionian boots > moonstone > dawncore > either redeption or shurelya if the team needs more ms. For runes i use the usual that you find on op.gg, except i take axiom arcanist and gathering storm (my duo tends to play more passive and focus a lot on farming, so i feel like these two runes suits this playstyle better). Thanks in advance if anyone reads this :)

Build/Setup Build questions

Hello! I'm a Milio player in the low Diamond/high Emerald tier, and I checked out the builds of high-elo players to try to better understand itemization. I came away with these questions:

- How does the Oblivion Orb trigger on Milio? It seems to me that it doesn’t trigger through shields or on allies’ passives, which means you’d have to use an auto-attack or an Q to trigger it, which doesn’t seem ideal to me. But I see a lot of people doing this at higher ELOs, so I’d like to understand why.

- Also, I thought Echo of Helia wasn’t an optimal item since Milio doesn’t deal much damage, but I see it used a lot at higher ELOs, what do you think about it ?

- I’m having a hard time seeing how the Diadem of Songs can be more effective, even in long fights, than the Moonstone.

- As for the Dawncore, I rarely see a situation where I can build it; I always feel like there are better options, so I don’t really understand when it’s actually better than other items.

- I usually play Dream Maker or Celestial Opposition when there are assassins, but I’ve seen people play Solstice’s Sleigh, and I don’t understand when it’s better than the first two.

- Finally, I thought Moonstone was an essential item that you should always build first or second, but I see that some people don't build it at all in certain games. And once again, it seems so effective in every situation that I don't see why anyone wouldn't build it at all.

Thanks in advance for your answers!

Guides I made a Milio guide on Mobafire — looking for feedback from fellow Milio players!

Hey everyone!

I just finished making a Milio guide on Mobafire and wanted to share it with the community.

I put together everything from runes, items, ability usage, laning phase, matchups, and some tips I've learned while playing him. My goal was to make a useful guide for both new Milio players and people who want to improve their support gameplay.

I’d really appreciate any feedback, suggestions, or corrections. If you’re a Milio player, feel free to check it out and let me know what you think!

Guide link: https://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/26-19-milio-support-in-depth-guide-653599

Thank you!

Apparently scouts slingshot applies single-target spell damage. Meaning for 600 gold your passive fire can actually proc spell effects like DFT, liandrys, blackfire, lidens etc.

You used to be able to get harvest stacks.. but now your passive fire actually applies ALL item and ability spell effects.

First back pick it up for 600 gold. Really cheap and you can hold onto it for most of the game.

Build/Setup Simple Milio Guide

Heya, I saw a lot of questions about how to build Milio recently so I thought why not make a short guide? I have peaked at Diamond 2 this season playing a lot of Milio, so *hopefully* most of this will make sense.

RUNES

No matter what you do always go aery, the value is just amazing on Milio, guardian is pretty much never worth it.

This is the setup I usually go with - you can swap axiom for manaflow if you want to. In my opinion it is usually not worth it since you can only proc it with q (which will take a while). You can get a lot of value from axiom longterm.

Generally you want to aim for items that give Milio ability haste since he benefits heavily from it.

ITEMS

Early game I would always stack 2-3 fairy charms with tier 1 boots. The early mana regen is crucial on Milio and allows you to stay longer on the map.

Always go for lucidity boots, the ability haste is vital. We have a heavy roaming meta so you should go for early T2 boots in most games.

Should be your first item if your ADC can you use ardent well (champions like Twitch, Lucian, etc.)

The only annoying thing about ardent is that it doesn't grant ability haste which is REALLY nice to have on Milio xD

Always a solid choice if you are not sure what to build.

You can go for staff of *flying* water first item if you have an APC and your team has 1-2 more mages which can use it. Overall I would say this item is heavily underrated since it also grants ability haste now as well.

I don't think helia is a good first item anymore since all the nerfs. It is still a solid item but I would always go for moonstone first atleast.

Really powerful item if you can use it correctly. Can work well at any stage of the game. *Sometimes really hit or miss unfortunately if your allies don't play around it*

In my opinion this item is bait on Milio. It takes way to long to proc and you won't have any mana issues in early midgame already anway. I would never go for this item personally (tear will set you back in gold early game as well)

Really good against healing comps. You can proc it with your passive, which is really neat with your w. Always finish it last, they removed the enchanter version of the item from the game sadly...

Usually not necesarry for Milio, since your ult basically does the same thing but BETTER. If you have a really strong hypercarry that struggles with stuns it can be worth it though.

It's a nice mobility item! You can consider it in mid to late game if you yourself or your team struggles with it.

This item is decent on Milio as a last item. I usually prefer other items since it doesn't really have a "interesting" effect but it defintely isn't a bad item for Milio.

It can work with a really strong hypercarry, but I would usually go for atleast mikhael first.

The item provides to little value for Milio.

Not worth it for your q

GENERAL TIPS

- we have a very support roam heavy meta, always track the enemy support.

- do not waste mana spamming q in lane.

- don't waste your q too early in teamfights it is a REALLY powerful ability if timed corectly.

- your ult gives allies and yourself 65% tenacity. Casting it BEFORE your allies and you yourself get hit by massive aoes like seraphine, amumu ult is really effective.

I hope this is helpful, I tried not to rant for to long about everything. Let me know if there are any questions or improvements I could make!

Build/Setup Actualizer on Milio

I’m a Milio main currently sitting at 140k mastery point Emerald II, what do you think about this item?
I usually go tear (for diadem), boots, dark seal if we are getting kills and after i get diadem i rush it, at this point it gives 24% bonus dmg and healings for 8s and 30% cdr on basic spells, also the 300 mana increase a bit che healing power from diadem and the 90ap feels so good for his high scalings, did some tests on training tool and
Moonstone+diadem heals at level 9 800-850 with full kit

This one instead heals 1000-1050 plus you get the lower cd, obv moonstone works 24h/24 and this one only 8s every 60s but… outside of fights your adc will be always full hp cause of diadem and 8s are good for a teamfight expecially considering you might throw 2 W since the cdr

Hi, everyone! I'm looking for tips and advice on Milio, because I've realized that I'm always using the same build, which isn't ideal. So I'd like to know how to adjust my items depending on the situation. Thank you !
