Star Wars
I wish they kept going with making more as they continue to push the franchise with cool designs.

I got these before they stopped making them when I was a kid.

Got these at a car boot. The guy said they were micro machines but I’m not sure

the snapping back piece is long gone
I especially like the guy in the bottom left window getting straight up Chris Hansen Interrogated under the lamp

Found this at the flea market for $3 bucks. Should I let my kids open it up to add to their car collection?
Sorry I was having a bit of fun with my first post to the group. I bought this pack several years ago on eBay. I sold it last night through my eBay store "The Micro Garage". I have tons of cool Micro Machines available if anyone is interested.

Various micro machines (or off brand micro machines) I have picked up over the years. Is there anything here particularly rare or interesting? My 3 year old is about to get his hand on them and I fear that will be the end of them. I would like to preserve anything of note.

Does anyone remember the Micro Machines that opened up like a funny car, and had a tiny little identical car inside? This was late 80s/early 90s. I remember I had a black and red roadster. I can’t find it online anywhere.

Hoping to solve this mystery!
Edit: solved thanks! See comment reply below. I'd quote but mobile is weird.

Smaller usual 90s military figure for scale. The larger one is about an inch and a half tall.

I have about 50 Micromachines in a small container. I'd like to display them, but I don't really know where to begin looking. My idea was to use something like a pill box, but there are of course only 7 slots in those.
Do folks on the forum know of any storage solutions can be purchased from places like Amazon, or other online outlets, that are good for storing and displaying micromachines?

I’m pretty new to Micro Machines and I’ve been sorting through a bunch of vintage Galoob pieces. I’m hosting my first Micro Machines show on October 14th and still learning the hobby, so I’d love any general advice on what collectors like to see in shows, how you prefer lots organized, and what makes a good Micro Machines stream.
Posted a few pictures of what I have so far.
Thanks in advance!!

Hi everyone. It’s been a while since the Micro Machines brand left the market, and I’ve always felt a bit of regret about missing out on certain car models. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands. It’s nothing huge—some parts are AI models I’ve edited in Blender—but I really like how they’re turning out (at least for my own taste). Here are some photos of the ones I’ve made so far;The cars of the photos are hand painted, Cheers!

“just buy it online”, okay, my $2 toy is now $48 👍
I know no one here can help solve this, I’m just pissed that it’s so hard to buy a $2 piece of broken plastic.

I'm honestly freaking out, I just discovered the existance of this 2003 collection here in Italy made by De Agostini, and there's no info about it
No pictures of the whole collection, how many numbers, no listings
Maddening
And I want so badly to see it complete (or at least know something more)

Hot Wheels • Planet Micro/Atomix LCAC
US Navy LCAC Hovercraft by Hot Wheels for the Planet Micro / Atomix Military line… to my knowledge at the time (aside from variations) this the “complete collection”.
When Planet Micro first came out, this was the only piece i added tk my master collection back in the day. Slightly larger in all dimensions, this staged well with original Military Micro Machines well. A feature I enjoyed on these is they are wheeled, unlike the Galoob versions, which scuff easily with a bare bottom. Back then, I only knew of the blue one… only finding out about the blueish-gray on many years later. The all-gray and Green versions i had no idea existed until the last couple of years, thanks to a friend!

Westland Lynx (Armed Variant) by Hot Wheels for the Planet Micro / Atomix Military line… to my knowledge at the time (aside from variations) this the “complete collection” of armed variant.
I really wasn’t a fan of these… even as armed versions… as they didn’t have the aggressive military vibe of the Original Military Micro Machines… plus being even cheaper in design/livery the appeal never came until i completed the Galoob Bell 222s. These can be good supplemental units for those that wargame or army build

Been a hot minute since I posted a mail call! Some really premium pieces in here to append to the collection 🫡 👏👏👏

CH47 Chinook by Hot Wheels for the Planet Micro / Atomix Military line… to my knowledge at the time (aside fromvariations) this the “complete collection”
If it wasn’t for the shiny undercarriage, I really like the design…

Despite how many I’ve collected since I was a kid, there are still so many car+color combinations I don’t have. Maybe someday I’ll complete the set. 🤞🏻
