I just watched an L3 Den Dragon harvest an L6 Brilliant Life Flower from an L9 Arcane Dragon Tree. I wasn’t going to post since I didn’t get a screen cap but I am not making this up 😳

When I install on a new Android tablet and download my Cloud Save, every thing works EXCEPT none of the thousands of dragons I have appear. On the new device it literally says zero dragons, none in the houses, none in the book, no flying around in camp or in Dawnville. (I've had Dawnville for a year and half.)

Any one else have this problem?

I have been moving back and forth from tablet to phone as a back up once a month for years. And now suddenly my only good copy of my game progress is stuck on my phone, the tiny screen sigh. This started after the update where the game app icon changed to the current gold color. I tried again after the most current update and still no luck, same situation where everything in game is there EXCEPT all the dragons.

more detail: both devices have current version. I have tried clearing the cache on source, rebooting, making the game save again, then trying the transfer again - no luck, same problem. I have tried on more than one tablet. I have tried playing on the new device until I open the camp and actually get 5 or 6 dragons in the new game and then downloading back up from cloud save, but nope still missing all dragons after download is done. Both devices have current OS updates too.

I haven't gone to support yet because I know they will say "you must eliminate all bubbles in your camp" and I don't have the time to do "bubble pollution clean up" right now. I do have a LOT of bubbles at the moment, thousands. Just thought I'd put this out in the group and see if I'm the only one or if anyone had any other ideas before I go through the trauma of customer support. (lol)

I will come back and edit this post as I work to solve the problem so there is eventually a record of what fixed the problem.

I recently started playing again and I noticed something weird. Every time I get to the camp (be it from missions or a level) the game doesn't react for a few seconds. The same happens whenever I get a star or merge them to a bigger one which also happens in level. Everything else works perfectly fine.

Opening loot orbs? No problem. Chests? Works fine.

Just stars and loading the camp cause that lag.

No matter how many times I tap this bush it will not let me get a mushroom at all, and I need it to progress in the level. It appears to be a glitch and I don’t know what to do. It’s glacier falls 2
