So as pretty much all of the fandom knows, Melanie is in the progress of working on the upcoming Hades film, attached to her album "Hades" obviously. I just figure I'd ask, what are you hoping for when it comes to seeing Circle as an actual character? What are you hoping the film does to explore her?

I post this because surprisingly, not much is known about Circle herself, other than the role she plays in the storybook and how she is described as a naive and pure. Compared to Cry Baby, she has significantly less trivia about her.

So.. what do y'all think? Personally, my hope is that the film delves deeper into her relationship with her mother. Feel free to share your thoughts and even headcannons if thats what you would like!

I love her DOWNNNN don't get it twisted this isn't me hating her at all, but chatroom is her most tone deaf song she's ever made in my opinion. Monolith was a great way to address hate and the struggles she has with her fans and the general public. Chatroom? She completely set herself up. "is it the way I dress? Is it the shoes I wear?" No girl.... and you KNOW THAT. She doesn't have to address the elephant in the room she already has and I understand her decision not to again but the way she went about addressing her hate was a terrible execution compared to godolith. I love her down but I'm not rlly sure how the lore and music connect. Is it supposed to? It's clearly not a layout of the story like her previous 3 albums where each song tells pieces of the story, so like is it just like a soundtrack or description of the world circle lives in? Is it the music circle herself makes and releases?

-So for context: her Cry Baby era is trending again on tiktok, and of course, people are starting to accuse her of age-playing.

-I know that she was accused of age-playing since she started her Cry Baby era, but now I started to see it more and it pisses me off. I haven't seen anyone really try to defend her on something that Melanie shouldn't be accused of, so I will.

-People are saying that Melanie is age-player for 'acting' and 'dressing' like a child. First of all, people have to do their research on what age-player is before assuming anything. Melanie never acted or dressed like a child outside her music videos, movie and concerts. She was doing that because she was cosplaying her character that is underage. I'm pretty sure that we all seen at least someone (online or irl) cosplay a minor beside Melanie. Melanie NEVER acted like a child to attract creeps or sexualise children. She did it because she was COSPLAYING a CHARACTER that is underage. I would understand the accusations if she went out on the streets and acted like a kid for sexual attention, but she never did or ever will. Melanie even spoke up about predators in her song called Teacher's pet, so we all know that she is heavily against that.
