Anyone preparing for jee or neet or foreign univ in meerut I am bored just wanna have someone to share my thoughts with.

Hey there, I’ve completed my bachelors with CCSU from a college in NCR and I wanted to know what’s the minimum passing grade that a person could be said as passed and get the degree certificate/Marksheets. I need this information to apply for my masters in german universities.

I want jjba(jojo's bizzare adventures) manga specifically the part 3 volume 10 but idk if i can get it in meerut itself or not, and if not meerut then suggest any place in delhi
